They repossed my vehicle garnished my wages. I am done paying actually I over paid them now they owe me money and they stop responding to my calls. I have called and lefted a message every single day for two weeks straight and they will not respond
What are my rights? What can I do to get my money from that company?

  Same rights they had when you owed them.    You can sue them.  Obtain a judgement, then go after their assets if they do not pay the judgement. 

  Last year B of A mistakenly tried to foreclose on a guy's home.   After getting a judgement against the bank, he turned around and foreclosed on one of the bank's branches.    It works both ways.
