ACS- sent me a very threatening and itimidating email. Their email indicated that I had fraudulantely acquired a loan and never paid it back. They threatened my SSN# and gave me an ultimatum to either pay them a reduced amount immediately or face the consequences of court and legal proceedings against me.

They are a TOTAL fraud trying to scare you into sending them a "settlement" to prevent untold "dire consequences".

They are likely located in India. Do your research and you'll know what to do about them. Good luck. Sorry you had to be threatened by these extremely low-life individuals.
