The worst experience ever! They are totally unprofessional!
They told us is going to take 10-12 days to bring our furniture from Montreal to Edmonton and in fact it was 21 days!
They gave us a good price evaluation at the beginning but in the end the invoice was hundreds more!
The moving team didnt have enough packing material so lots of our stuff arrived all dirty and damaged.
It is been 3 months since we sent them our claim for lost, dirty or damaged items and nobody contacted us yet. The customer service representatives are never at their office so we cannot talk to them and nobody reply to our emails.
BE AWARE AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Dear Readers,
Since the AUTHOR has not made his name public in this complaint it is very difficult for us to address this, so that we can try to resolve it.
This complaint leads us to believe that is was written by the competition due to the fact that the author is not identified and that we have to records of this claim.
In any case if the author decides to come forward with his or her name we will gladly look into the matter
so that we can try and resolve the situation.
Action Moving and Storage is a reputable, family run business that has been serving customers since 1969.
