Acucare Health Stratieges and Peter Chaalan (who is the whole company) makes thier moneyby ripping off the Medicare payment system.  Selling his services as a no cost PPS review of your medicare billings he will make recomendations based off your current billing.  So if he identifies something that has not been billed or has an issue with it he will charge you 20% of that billing even if you are aware of why the billing has not been made (ie waiting for nurse documentation etc).   He also makes recomendations that would amount to fraud if followed but he is not responsible if you follow them and they are false.  If you show him that you were aware of issue with some cases he will threaten and take you to court.  I recieved several calls from his lawyers harrasing me.  Do not do business with this guy, he will flease you and your homecare company.
