Adult Friend Finder Lack of Service Internet

What a joke their system is. There are many flaws with the program that I have been able to determine. First:- their system seems to be very slow and if you decide to become a member you will notice that this is one of the many complaints that members talk about. Second:- Their IM system, that is the system you use to "chat" to other members often doesn't work. Other members will want to chat to you or vice versa and your messages simply don't get through. It is a very hit & miss type of system, sometimes it will work most times it doesn't. I have complained about their IM system for over a year and there has been no change. Third:- their very popular member webcam system is a farce. Most members that are listed as being on cam ARE NOT, many are listed 3 - 4 or more times, of those that really are on cam many are in a PRIVATE session and not viewable or contactable. Many of the single women want you to go to a pay for view site which no matter how much I complain makes no difference to the AFF service department they are always there. Finally for this particular report don't bother reporting any problems to their so called service department. You WILL get an automated response but NOTHING ever seems to get done and no matter how much you fail to get what you paid for there is never any fair compensation. The only reason that you would join as a silver or higher member is so you can hide some of the problems that are always there, I know I was a silver member for a long time always in the vain hope that the system would improve ........ it didn't
In essence this is a system that has been around for a LONG time with no real change. It has grown enormously and is making it's owners lot's of money I expect, the trouble is it seems as though it has more than reached it's limitations and is starting to tear apart at the seams and nothing seems to be happening to keep it viable.
As is always the case this is simply my opinion and I offer it only as such and leave it up to any individual to determine how accurate I am. But if you are looking for this type of service look at ALL the other options first because I sure as heck am after using their system.
