Advanced Disposal of Hesperia GO TO U-HAUL which is cheaper and better service! Hesperia California

Advanced Disposal of Hesperia has shady practices.  #1--When told there is no one living at an empty home, the company still tries to charge you for services.    #2.--When told there is no TRASH to pick up because no one lives there, it explains itself by stating someone drove by and saw a truck on the property.  If this is how they determine to charge a customer, it is ludicrous!  The TRUCK they saw was a drywall/flooring man who was diligently working on the home.  #3. When asking and signing for a DUMPSTER for four weeks and notifiying verbally the dumpster needs to be picked up, the company will SLYLY let it slip for three months and then charge you for the EXTRA months you did NOT USE the dumpster....claiming they never received a call, they didn't know. #4.  The company does not explicity tell the buyer that even IF you were to call, you need to make sure you don't call the residential instead of the commercial part and vice versa, although the company is willing to take your checks under ONE BUSINESS name.  #5.  Any contracts made verbally by the company by phone (which can be proven by me by other witnesses), will be broken.  You will be taken to collections regardless.  This company is NOT recommended.  If you have trash to be taken off an empty property, use the U-HAUL service!  EXCELLENT COMPANY with people who are pleasant, quick to serve you, and will offer all types of help.  The cost is only $19 a day, 59 cents a mile, $10 for overall insurance and a load off of your mind with their newest equipment. It is a shame I didn't know about using U-HAUL before all this heartache from Advanced Disposal.  Be SMART and go U-HAUL!
