AFT flooring installed laminate flooring in my home earlier this year. Following the installation, significant bowing began to occur to the point that doors could not be closed. Attempts to have AFT repair the flooring have been unsuccessful: AFT keeps stating (including to the BBB) that they are willing to repair but no repair has occurred now 3 months after issues began...only delays and excuses. I have now brought in another company to repair, who stated it is one the worst installation jobs they have seen: boards installed too tight across the entire down stairs. Their recommendation is to completely reinstall. In order to avoid such significant costs again, they are currently attempting to use jam saw to relieve allow room and relieve pressure.
I will give AFT credit on the tile job they completed in my home: it is a good install and I have no complaints
Please use caution when hiring this company to complete laminate installations.

This issue was mediated through the BBB. Customer had a water issue which caused the floor to buckle, there was no installation issue. To appease the customer he was given options to remedy and proof of options were provided to bbb.
Customer did not want any rememdy options offered. BBB found that the customer stopped responding and closed the issue.
