I think all TV, Radio, and Newspapers (Orlando Sentinel and Daytona News Journal) should know about crooked companies like that claim they are debt consolidation companies out to help people.

They took my $1300, which to some people may not be a lot, but for someone like me who trusted this company and came to for help...they decided to not refund my money because of a 5 day cancellation clause. They don't clarify 5 business or calendar days and they got it only a day late.

If they cared then you would look past the one day technicality and say this guy needs every penny he can get...and the RIGHT THING...the HONORABLE THING regardless of your terms conditions, disclosure blah blah blah...it boils down to they claim to be a company that HELPS. With business practices like this, they will not grow and unfortunately give other debt consolidation companies out there a bad name.

My next step is to contact the action/investigative team because this can be a hot story if other people have had similar experiences with companies like this. I am sure at least one of the major stations, especially WESH who also has a satellite office in Daytona will grab this story before its competitors. Also, my affiliations with Clear Channel Radio who owns the MJ Morning Show thinks this could be a good topic of discussion. Heard of the Frank and Tracy morning show? I am sure someone in media will find these unfair business practices news worthy. After all it is a free country so the public has the right to know.

I now own the domains www.aggressivefiancialsolution.com and www.aggressivesolutions.net These sites will be built to explain my experience in how this company does not help people and will allow a forum so others can share. I will find out who the other people are that have filed complaints through the BBB. Additionally the site will optimized in Google so that when anyone finds their site, they will find mine that tells the story.

There are other powerful tools available to the consumer to create awareness and for all of us to come together to determine legitimate companies that truly care about helping people or those that are really looking at the money and not the circumstance. The reality is, by missing 1 day, they did not specify calendar or business days- this is enough to litigate because of the emotion distress AFS is causing me. I have actually suffered a nervous breakdown and have missed work because of this situation and now I am up late informing America and that AFS will pay for the legal expenses and pay me back for what is my hard earned money and is rightfully mine.

Also, www.theripoffreport.com should also know about my story.

Not refunding my money because of a technicality of one day, only so they could keep my hard earned $1300 is unfeeling. How ironic their company claims to help get people out of debt and they have only put me further into debt.

Furthermore my next steps are to notify the Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Affairs. I will be notifying them by completing the correct forms because I am unable to file online.

And for the record everyone- I gave this company every opportunity to resolve this amicably but he refused to give me back my hard earned $1300. You have heard it before...sometimes it goes past that, it is the principal and America should know and be warned.

Aggressive Financial Solutions responded immediately to my complaint and have refunded all monies in full. Because of this I can see these people are legitimate and I am sure they are in business to help people. I am thankful that the owner of the company did the right thing and as a customer I am satisfied with the outcome.

To begin with, Ben from Jacksonville received a total refund. But let me make this very clear. As any company in the consolidation credit business knows, many of their clients have issues. We like to believe that it wasn't there fault for the bad credit issues. In most cases there are many heart-felt stories for their situations. But the reality is simple. You have debts and creditors that want to be paid. They do not care how or why you fell behind. Our business is a tough love business and we cannot allow our clients to treat us like the creditor. If they want help, they need to comply and complete the program. We DO NOT TAKE A SINGLE DIME from any client until they receive and read our Disclosure and Agreement, which not only requires signatures but initials on all the paragraphs concerning payment and refund policy.

This is done for many reasons, but most important people have the tendency to place blame on everyone but themselves when they feel there has been an injustice. Most times the injustice in our industry is when the client is required to make continuous payments through out the consolidation in order to get out of the debt and receive the first payment refund. We have good agents that explain the program verbally, that might be good enough in some businesses, but as the owner of this company I want to make sure that our client truly understands everything before we take any monies.

This is why our disclosure and agreement is written with no small print and each and every paragraph concerning the program and payments is initialed so that we can be as sure as possible that our client read it. I gave Ben back his refund, not because we did anything wrong, or fell to his threats of publicly slandering my company, or did I feel sorry for how he has portrayed himself, which by the way is no where near the truth, but because he did no longer want us to help him. This means to me he would not have continued with the program and payments which means it would have been a waste of time and money for both of us. But clearly understand too many people refuse to be accounted for their lack of concern especially after we put our time and effort into helping them with there debts and as soon as something pops up that they can use that money, for anything but paying back there creditors, they want to cancel and want their money back and all of the sudden we are they the bad guys. This is wrong!!

Sincerely,
