This has been a long battle with OPTION ONE MORTGAGE now known as AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICEING INC

We have suffered many foreclosures with this company threw the years due to late fee's, taxes, taking our payments and putting it elsewhere etc; As of July 2008 at the beginning of the month we just got into the second month of being late with our mortgage payment and when we tried to pay our mortgage at the beginning of July they said they can't except payment because of foreclosure, how was that when we are not two months late yet, and never got anything stating we were in foreclosure, it was nothing but a argument, the next few days later we received a letter stating that they sold our mortgage and filed foreclosure within two weeks and our home goes up for auction the same month for month of July.

We at that point had contacted HOPE HELP LINE and they were on the phone with us and AHMSI and told them it was illegal to do that and put the foreclosure on hold, the same day we called OPTION ONE and they told us our home goes up for auction the first of October (hmm now it's Oct) and that there is attorney fees as well, "NOTE" a letter from OPTION ONE states that they sold our mortgage to a mortgage company in Florida AHMSI but when we call OPTION ONE in California at the same number it's called AHMSI every thing is the same even our account, go figure.

We had the money to pay our mortgage but we don't have the money for there attorney's, so now we are two more months late trying to scrape and save to come up with two more payments, late fee's and attorney's fees (4 Months now all together) and bills.

We finally saved up to pay our mortgage a month before auction (Around the first part of September) and called several times in the past few day's to see how much we owe all together and was told it would take 10 days to come up with the amount, we told them we could not wait that long because October is not far away and to give us an amount, three different people said that it looks like $4,900.00 but to send $5,200.00 to be safe just in case anything else pops up, last night we called back after talking with AHMSI the same morning to get the number to wire the money to them and to make sure the amount was still correct and it was, they told us to call back to give them the confirmation number when sent, by that time there office was closed.

The next morning/this morning September 9th, 2008 we called to give the confirmation number and now they told us that the money will be sent back because we owe $1,000.00 more, OMG your kidding after we called to make sure several times the exact amount of money we owe, he said that there is the cost of there attorney's fees of $2,700.00 we told him we spoke with two different people from AHMSI yesterday and that the cost of attorney's of $1,900.00 and everything all together was included so why all of a sudden the cost of attorney's fee's went from $1,900.00 to $2,700.00 over night but though attorney's fee's was already added in when we ask for the whole amount? He said I don't know call our attorney, he also stated that they don't have to wait till October to auction off our home if there not happy with our loan that they can auction it off sooner if they wanted OMG that's a threat grrrrr, how can company's like that get away with it and now I have to come up with a $1,000.00 more some how, they need to be investigated !

Before August 2008 Mortgage payment was $651.90 a month, received a letter from OPTION ONE new payment as of August 1, 2008 is $615.00, late fee's went up $39.11

Yesterday (August 8th 2008) whole amount including Attorneys fee's $1,900.00, late fee's, everything was $5,200.00 as of today (August 9th,2008) whole amount including Attorney's fee's $2,700.00, late fee's, everything is now $6,200.00 is it going to be another $1,000.00 tomarrow.

INVESTIGATION NEEDS DONE!
