This company makes false promises..... mis-represented thier product, their company and ability to deliver.
They breached a contract and they scam people on shipping costs and re-stocking fees.
They promise to provide technical support, but then after the sale do not provide any support.
My customers all complain about the VMU not working and gives false readings.
The owner, Alex Sardo is constantly changing his policies and is very difficult to work with.
Lacks integrity and can not honor a contract.

To this date, 6/25/09, Hydroxy Technology Corp has not refunded money owed on NEW, in the box products that has been due to GREEN Hybrid Systems for several months.
GREEN Hybrid Systems has refunded their customers money because of the Hydroxy Technology Corp product problems however, GHS has not been paid by HTC.

Readers be aware that the comments made by Alex Sardo of Hydroxy Technology Corp about GREEN Hybrid Systems, Wil Beaton or Jeff Fernstrom is NOT true.

The facts are that Hydroxy Technology could not produce and deliver a product that held up. They have many unhappy customers as a result and have lost countless dealers and distributors.

GREEN Hybrid Systems chose to go another route because of the many problems with the product and unhappy dealers and distributors.
Now GREEN Hybrid Systems offers a quality, commercial grade product that is designed to last.

Several of GREEN Hybrid Systems dealers and distributors were at one time Hydroxy Technology Corp dealers and or distributors.
They will tell you the truth about the HTC product problems, service, restocking fees and shipping costs.

If you would like to hear the truth, you can call 941-209-5955 and ask to speak with an owner of that distributorship.
Ask about their experience with the Hydroxy Technology Corp products.
If you would like to speak with more people who about the Hydroxy Technology experience and products, they will be happy to put you in contact with several who will varify what Alex Sardo has wrote in this report is not true.

The fact that there are EX Hydroxy Technology Corp. dealers and distributors now selling the GREEN Hybrid Systems product, speaks for itself. The network is growing on an international level every day.

Don't believe all you hear or read.
If you do some investigating into this you will find the truth.
The truth is that Hydroxy Technology Corp still owes GREEN Hybrid Systems approximately $17,000 for product, NEW product that was returned unopened.

Also, many of GREEN Hybrid Systems dealers and distributors today were dealers or distributors for Hydroxy Technology Corp.
Why would these dealers and or distributors leave? Why does HTC have a problem retaining their dealers and distributors?

Hydroxy Technologies Corporation (HTC) has in the past two years sold and maintained hundreds of HOD systems and controllers (world-wide) with an equal amount of happy fuel-efficient customers.

It was to our surprise to find this statement posted on the ripoffreport.com website and although we tried to personally ask the poster to remove this untrue entry, he continues with his harassment and threats in an attempt to cause damage to our reputation.

We are therefore posting this response and a history of how GHS came to be one of the worst nightmares for the h*o-----------------------------------------------

At the beginning of 2009, Wil Bxxxxxxx and Jeff Fernstrom, owners of Green Hybrid Systems (GHS) applied for a dealership with HTC to distribute our products.

The dealership was granted in January and a contractual agreement was signed by both parties.

The contractual agreement stipulated that GHS would undertake the technical support and support training of competent staff to maintain their sales. This was stated in a recorded introductory phone conference call and in various emails (all on file).

Unfortunately, GHS did not fulfill that portion of the contract but decided to start selling HTC products themselves directly.

HTC is strongly opposed to "box movers" due to the fact that this is a new and emerging technology which needs competent installers to support it.

Needless to say that GHS, due to their lack of technical knowledge and without a proper support structure, was unable to conduct successful sales with adequate support. HTC received many calls from their clients expressing frustration for being wrongly advised by GHS and Mr. Beaton. These advices also caused some of HTC's product to be improperly installed which ultimately caused them to fail.

HTC replaced some of the failed systems even though they failed due to user error (in this case due to the poor support and instruction that they received from GHS). GHS was quick to deny any liability or fault blaming the Manufacturer.

It was typical for GHS to order 5 systems and return 4 due to their negligent approach and lack of technical knowledge regarding installations and maintaining of products.

Due to this lack of support, their clients started to call HTC (the manufacturer) directly for which HTC took care of many of the outstanding issues. GHS was advised to implement the support structure or their dealership would be cancelled. GHS still failed to fulfill the technical requirements and continued to "move boxes".

Green Hybrid Systems had also agreed, with a signed contractual forecast to purchase a certain amount of units per month in order to be the sole "EXCLUSIVE" distributor of HTC products for the state of Florida. Unfortunately their sales numbers did not sustain the agreed forecast and HTC's reputation was quickly getting damaged in that state.

GHS further decided, without our approval, to start selling HTC products well above our published Retail Price (by hundreds of dollars). We understand that it is a free market, but since there was no justification for such increase we asked GHS not to proceed with such an increase. Needless to say GHS disregarded our request.

Another considering factor in terminating GHS's dealership was the discovery that GHS was removing HTC's logos and trademarks from HTC's products to "hide" the real Retail Price and thus charge more for the same product (emails and pictures are kept on file and available with approval).

Wil Bxxxxxx repeatedly used inappropriate language, public defamation of character and threats, both verbally and in writing personally targeting HTC and their principals.

For the above reasons and others which we care to not disclose at this time, Hydroxy Technologies Corporation decided to revoke the GHS dealership (in accordance with the legally binding contractual cancellation guidelines).

Today, Mr. Wil Bxxxxxxx, further continues with his harassing emails and postings against HTC and it's principals (the posting on this website is one example) not only with false accusations which can be easily proven wrong by reading our mutually signed contract, the numerous emails and pictures in our possessions but by using untruth statement against HTC without foundation.

For the record, HTC is not the first HOD Manufacturer to have had the displeasure to deal with GHS (see other statements made by GHS against their previous HOD supplier on this website).

In conclusion, we'd like to offer this advice:

Beware from whom you purchase your high-tech or new emerging technology products. Make sure that they support you technically and have a well-written company support and refund policy in case of failure. Only purchase your items from a reputable supplier and contact the Manufacturer whenever possible to validate the reseller status.

I would further advise other Manufacturers and Business professionals to take precaution and proceed with extreme caution if dealing with Green Hybrid System.

Hydroxy Technologies Corporation is a professional manufacturer with a world-wide presence and a leader in HOD Devices and Systems. It has always complied within its guidelines and has never denied neither a refund or a replacement or repair.

Knowing from personal experience, I expect Mr. Bxxxxxxxx will reply and edit this thread however I just wanted to post the above as a public statement (with detailed support documentation available with approval) to pre-warn unsuspecting customers within this industry and manufacturers alike.

HTC threatened me to remove my report or he would not refund the thousands of dollars he owes

Today, Saturday June 13th, 2009 I received a threat from Alex Sardo of HTC that unless I remove the report, he will not pay the thousands of dollars he owes.

HTC, Alex Sardo has owes me several thousands of dollars in a credit and an additional $16,000 since early May, totalling approximately $19,000.

HTC has made a lot of money on me on his shipping costs and re-stocking fees, but now it appears he does not want to credit back product that never shipped or refund money due on BRAND NEW product that was returned and never opened.

He made a promise months ago to credit back product that has not shipped, then a month ago promissed to refund money on BRAND NEW, never opened boxed product that was returned.

Now he says he will not pay!!!

A much bigger problem company than I thought
