Alex Carter has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars a year ago deposit for wire rods and never delivered and has not returned our funds per the contract. a month ago was sent a electronic swift where supposedly we was refund of money, but the document was false.  After many excuses we keep hoping that Mr Carter return to us funds.
