I have written and contacted the company about my $500 rebates since August 2005. I was informed that I had to wait until the Accountant signs the check. Apparently the Accountant only works twice a year because it's now Febuary 16th 2006 and I have not gotten my rebate. In addition-it now turns out-the video card, installed in this computer, advertised as a gaming computer does not support several EA games. This is computer that should have cost half of what I was charged and was misrepresented. Their customer support is rude and they make no concessions to the fact that they sold this computer with false pretenses attached. I will never buy another computer from this company and have told several friends to not buy from this company.

I need to know if your issue has ever been resolved and by what means. Same goes to those that replied to this review. I too experienced the same issue. Does anyone know if a class action was ever pursued?
