All American Xpress - aax dismissed and stranded in the dessert Calhoun Georgia

after being admitted into the hospital and having to cancel a load pickup due to a work related injury the company had myself and my partner into there terminal within 4 days to have a alcohol test done on me which i passed and a drug test done on my partner at the same time then two weeks later the testing facility calls my partner and says he failed the drug test they called him before they called the company then the company refused to retest his 2nd sample unless he payed for the test himself and told him that they would guarinty that it would fail even if he was to take a whole new test and made him get off the truck in california leaving him stranded away from home then sent a second driver to ride with me until i picked up my load the next day after the load was picked up they left me stranded in arizona when they dismissed me from my driving duties and had the truck repoed from me leaving me to find my own way home also at that time my logbook and medical forms came up missing from the truck and mysteriously showed up at the terminal in calhoun ga. then they failed to pay on money that was and still is owed to me also refused to pay for the hospital bills under workmans comp. and also charged me and my partner both for damages and cleanup of there truck after they repoed it from me while i was on a load and they failed to return legal documents to me upon request several times now even though i had a police report made at the time they repoed the truck it dont matter to
them and as i found out they have been running without a bussiness license for the city or county of calhoun ga. they did apply for one 2 weeks ago in the city of calhoun ga. that was turned down since they are located in the county and not the city and the county has no records of them ever applying for a license to opperate a bussiness in there county under that name also
