Do NOT order any business supplies from this company. At least 55 complaints have been filed against them through the BBB for deceptive sales practices. In 2008, we agreed to buy 10 rolls of credit card machine thermal paper from them.  Big mistake! They started calling us all the time, saying that we agreed to buy two shipments. Next it was four shipments we allegedly agreed to. We hadn't bought any of their overpriced paper for over a year and we thought we were rid of them. But in Jan.2013, they called again and said we had a verbal agreement with them to purchase 100 rolls!!!!! When I refused, the sales rep said she was turning me over to their legal department.  That's when I looked them up at http://la.bbb.org and found that they have an" F" rating!  Don't make this same mistake.
