All Stars Auto Care Inc. I drove My 2001 Lincoln Ls Into All Stars Auto Care Inc on 1\25\2013 And I had to have my car towed back to there repair shop after the mechanic jumped my blower motor and caused electrical damage. Eastpoint Michigan

On 12\2013 I took My 2001 Lincoln Ls Into All Stars Auto Care Inc. Because I had no heat I was told I needed a auxillary heat pump and heat pump valve .I paid $424.00 On 1\25\2014 I had no heat again, I took My car back to All Stars at 11am I came to pick my car up at 6pm I was told I needed a blower motor I was told the mechanic jumped my blower motor and it didn't work but there was a electrical issue, and they didn't know the extent of the damage could I bring my car back on monday.I said whats is the electrical issue I was told By Travis they didn't know the extent of the damage until monady when I bring my car back. I asked is my car fine to drive i live 30 miles away I don't want to be stranded, I was told your fine but we left your parts on your seat so the mechanic can just get right to it monday.I left I noticed I had no sound in any speakers and my  dashboard said check electrical system and my car just cut off. It's -20 degrees outside I call All Stars back I explain My car cut off and I have no sound in my speakers after you  worked on my car I said I drove my car in I didn't need a boost or had electrical problems I asked why was my battery cover off see my battery is in my trunk I was told no they didn't touch my battery I said then how did you jump my blower motor. The manager told me what the fck was he supose to do he is the only person there Mind you I'm stranded on 8 mile rd .I live in westland Mi . I had to call a cab to take me all the way to westland Mi .

I called monday and explanied to Travis what the manager did and told me. the car was towed back to All Stars at 1145 am I picked my car up at 6pm It was on the battery charger when they took it off the car cut off and they did a test on battery and said i need a new battery I said I didn't need a battery before you jumped my blower motor my battery isn't a year old . I was told look your not going to make it home unless you buy this battery which i did I was chagred a total $174.62 for towing a battery i only had $108.00 so thats what i paid I received a bill saying I still owe 66.62.. So I said with that voltage level after your battery test could i make it home i was told no so i said then how could i have driven 30 from home to here and after you work on my car now my car won't stay running.I asked what about the damage caused by jumping my blower motor which Lincoln says you should never do beacuse of the possible problems and my speakers, I was told bring my car back on 1\28\2014 . I called Travis at All Stars at 1100 am I asked Travis wahts going on with my car I was told he would call me right back well after 3 hours I called back and Travis told me he could't do anything with my car. So Im without heat still I ad to buy a new battery all my speakers are Blown and its running ruff I have to pay Lincoln $300.00 to determine the damage they need my car for two days. Car tunes installed my radio I expalned the issue with them I have to pay for that repair as well. All Stars Never called me back and won't even finish my car they left my parts on the floor of my car ..
