Alliance Commercial Group Guardian Solutions, Tim Lavin and Jeramie Concklin Unethical Scam by Alliance Cmmercial and Tim Lavin and Jeramie Concklin Clearwater Florida

 On June 7, 20012 i entered into written contract with Alliance for help in modifing a commercial mortgage.  We deposited an initial payment of $12,50000 per the terms of the Agreement.  The contract specifically stated "Money back Guarantee:  In the event that ACG (Alliance) is unable to obtain a solution acceptable to  the Client within 120 days from the date of this Agreement is entered, and Client requests a refund in writing directed to ACG offices as described in Section 6(g) above, a refund of the initial payment in the amount of $12,500 paid to ACG will be made within 30 days of said request". 

Alliance failed to get any type of loan modification and in fact I believe never even worked on this case, but intended to keep the deposit the entire time.  I would frequently talk with Tim Lavin and he always convinced me to keep giving them more time to work on it.  Finally, on March 14, 2013 i sent a demand email requesting our deposit be returned.  Tim lavin once again convinced me that he and Jeramie Concklin were working on it and to give them addional time till June 15, 2013, which I did.  That date came and paseed.  I sent them emails on July 31, 2013, August 12, 2013, August 19, 2013 and August 29th 2013. 

All of them demanding the return of our deposit.  I also spoke with Tim Lavin numerous times during this period who cotinually lied to me that the check was coming and Jeramie was just out of town, or they were short the funds but it was coming next week, etc.  Finally after threatening to expose them, I get an email from their attorney Honor B. Rodgers (what an ironic name) asking for a payment plan and requesting a settlement agreement be signed.  None of which are called for in the agreement.  Bottom line is due not use this firm, completely untrustworthy and will not live up to the terms of the contract.
