Alliance Express Moving ***DO NOT USE*** Canoga Park California

This company will contiue to reply that they did no wrong, that we were the one's who did something wrong, they did everything they could and therefore we deserved to be taken for $700.00.

I will continue to post bad reviews against this company due to the way they treated my family, the way they do business, and the HUNDREDS of bad reviews from others who have been taken by ALLIANCE EXPRESS MOVERS.

DO NOT USE ALLIANCE EXPRESS MOVERS!!!!!

If they did nothing wrong...then why would Tony, the improfessional jerk who took our money and told us to go to hell.... call and offer to give our $700.00 deposit back to us if I removed these reports off of Ripoff Roprt.com.

Hmmmmm.....Tony....when your fired, I will take the reports off.  

Tony is as improfessioanl as they come, Roxie is as inexperienced as they come and the compnay itself has NEVER called us to "settle" the situation or try in any way to make it right. We DID in fact report EVERYTHING we owned, including furniture that ended up being sold after we did the initial quote. They want you to believe you, as the customer, did something wrong, did not report everything, or that your items are larger then what "they" quote on. Alliance is a BS company, and if you do the research before hiring these frsuds, you will see for yourself by the MANY MANY MANY reports on them from others who have beed had like my husband and I. 

Alliance...you should be ashamed and I hope you go out of business. But, as Tony said, "there will be others just like you, and we will still be here tomorrow."

This report is an incorrect complaint.  As a moving company it is essential to us to provide great customer service to all our clients.  That is why we take every matter very seriously and make every effort possible to resolve the situation with the client without any unnecessary escalation.  We comply in accordance with the rules of procedures and make sure that our clients are satisfied with our work.  It is out of our hands if the client decides to move additional items that were never reported to during reservation.  Our sales consultants are well trained and are there to guide every client through a stressful time of moving.
