If I had a stop light ticket back in 1994 and having been driving for twenty years and out of no where Alliance One organized crime network tried to pull that crap on me. I wouldn't pay either. Just more extortion tactics and abuse of power.
We need a real government by the people instead of who buys their way into a seat of power.
But Common 19 years ago and this poor guy is forced to pay it? If thats not EXTORTION WHAT IS?
