Alliance One Never received a call or letter from them...they showed up on credit report. Gig Harbor, Washington

Alliance One has never mailed anything or called.  Pulled husbands credit report and they are filing weekly derogatory reports saying Original Creditor was Contra Costa County, Original debt $393, current balance $785.  He has never resided in Contra Costa County, has received no driving or parking violations in Costra Costa County, no notices of any violations from that County.  Cannot imagine what these charges are supposed to be for.  We were residents of state of California in Alameda County from 9/04 thru 1/05...we filed our partial resident state tax return for the 3 months in 2004 in April of 05 and for the one month in 2005 in April of 06.    From all the complaints, this company does not sound very receptive to anyone asking for verification of debt.  I suppose this report I'm filing may be a bit premature, but 157 complaints against them is very discouraging and I may need to take part if any consumer lawsuits are filed against them.
