Alliance Vending Locators Barry James, Lied Omited Facts Pressured For Cash Payment Immediately Fortson, Georgia

I contacted this company to place 2 vending machines in Greenville, SC.  After paying a $300 deposit, a week went by when then employee arrived for placing the machines.  I met him at the first location, a Concrete company.  He told me the owner was busy and only had a minute. So he told me all the details. The currently had machines and would take them out if I came in.  That sounded great.

I met him at the second location, a auto body shop.  Again the owner was busy and did nothing more than make eye contact and told me he would see me in a few days but wanted the machine. The locator employee then asked me if I was satisfied.  Hesitantly I said yes not knowing any info other than what was told to me.  I then asked how I would pay the remainder and was told I had to pay cash now, even insisting he follow me to an ATM to get the money.  I had the cash on me and gave him the remaining $300.

After this transaction was completed I then asked if he had time to place one more machine.  He said yes. In about 2 hours he called and wanted me to meet at the third location.  I did and the owner was not even there.  I went on what information the locator told me and paid $300 more cash. The following week I found I was lied to by the placement locator.  The first location, the concrete company never had any plans of removing the other machines.

So now my machines are basically useless in this location which I did not find out until already having my machine delivered and loaded.  The second location, the body shop, was promised items I could not vend and prices I could not offer.  The third location was promised items I could not vend, prices I could not offer, and a profit sharing arrangement with the business owner of 10% which I was never informed of.  This company lied and omitted information and demanded cash payment so that there would be no way to get my funds back.  I have lost hundreds of dollars in placement costs and having my vending machines moved only to be moved back out now.
