On 8/22/11, I purchased ped medication that was promised online to be delivered in 5-7 days. I immediately contacted the customer service number after the sale to verify. I was asked to provide the Vet clinic information so that they could get the authorization to fill the prescription. I waited 8 days and still no meds. I called the number back and they said that they were waiting for me to send in the prescription and that they had not called the vet clinic. They said that I should call the Vet and ask my vet to call them and that then they would fill it and it would now take an additional 8 days! My pet needs his meds YESTERDAY -- not in 8+ days. When I demanded a refund, they said that they would but I still haven't been credited. Now I have to go through PayPal to get my money back. As with the other comments on here.. I would stay FAR FAR away from this lousy company!
