I was contacted by Judy Carson on 2/3/14, a Senior Loan Officer at Allure Personal Financing about a request for a personal loan.  When I spoke with Judy, she was very kind, explained to me how Allure's company worked and how my loan would work.  It all seemed legitimate.  Judy stated that I could get a co-signer with a credit score >\= 700 or submit the first 3 months payments (totaling $411) to secure the loan.  Judy faxed me a contract for my loan that seemed very real and professional.  The contract outlined the terms of our agreement, but did not say anything about the "investor"  asking for me to buy insurance for the loan.  On 2/4/14, I signed the contract & faxed it back to Judy Carson knowing that I would make 3 inital payments first.  I called Judy back on 2/5/14 & spoke with Meagan Smith.  Meagan informed me that Judy Carson was in a "staff meeting" at that time, but she would inform her to contact me.  Judy called me back later in the evening on 2/5/14 & informed me to wire the first 3 months payments to the Lender (Travis Newton) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  On the morning of  2/6/14, I wired the payment to "Travis Newton" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Western Union.  As soon as I made that payment, I called Judy with the tracking number and she assured me that my loan would be transefered within 2-4hours. Well it didn't go through!  I called Judy back later in the afternoon on 2/6/14 and she said that my "investor" wanted me to purchase insurance on the loan for an additional $350.  Judy then assured me that my loan would go through and that this was not a scam and that I would have my loan within 2-4 hours after sending the additional $350.

At that point, I told her that I could not send anymore money & to cancel the loan per our contract.  Judy Carson then stated that she would secure my refund, but the office does not send out refund checks until the first of every month.  Judy stated my refund check would be mailed out on 3/1/14.  I attempted to contact Judy Carson on 3/10/14 after not receiving my refund check & got the voicemail for Judy Carson & left her a message to call me back.  I did not receive a call back or refund check, so I called Judy again on 3/14/14 & got a message stating the Allure Personal Finance number was "temporarily out of service".  I have attempted to call several more times since then & am still receiving the same message.

Please DO NOT send money to these people & contact me as soon as there is any information on these BLOOD-SUCKING VULTURES!!
