My repeat purchases from this company, several hundreds of dollars worth, have all been handled in a most professional manner. In fact, they went out of their way to be helpful.

I cannot give you legal advice on an Internet site, but I would seriously caution that wheneverpeople make accusations that an individual is a "con man who has been pulling crimes of all sorts for years," they could be held responsible in a court of law if they were unable to prove the veracity of such accusations -- as to any current investigations, who is conducting them? FBI? Florida authorities?Broward State Attorney's Office? Boy Scouts? Again, while the truth is an absolute defense, one has to prove the truthfulness of accusations in order to avoid the consequences that attach to a judgment of libel.

Perhaps you should have stuck to complaining that you had some difficulty with delivery of your order, and left out that you called 10 times a day, which might cause the average reader to conclude that if they did turn on an answering machine, they did so with good cause.
