Don't Do business with AMC Industries Acquisition LLC. I was hired through Elance.com to make a basic duplicate of a website he wanted. At first he said he would do the business through Elance, then Ray Fluitsma toldme oh , I been trying to find someone to develop this website for us for 6 months. (I see why).He said look I will only accept this agreement outside of Elance, I told him the only way I will work outside of Elance is by you signing a contract. he told me ok send me the contract, he sent it back for me to change some stipulations,

i agreed, to those changes, I sent it back to him, he then tells me that he needs me to start on the website now, i said no not until i get the contract back signed and the initial deposit funded. he sent me by email the contract and said there you go i signed it, i open the document and there is no signature, I told him there is no signature there, He then messages me that he will not sign a contrct now, and that he has ordered someone to pay the deposit I require in order to start the project,

he tries to tell me that don;t worry the payment will be there, i said ok great , when it is there in my account I will start , he says no i need you to start today, i told him no i will not until i receive payment, i didn;t emphasize the contract because i had another client that wanted to contract me for work, but i told him i was on a propject now, and I can start that one in 3 weeks or so, However the other client then told me he could not wait that long, and lost that contract for this one in the meantime of the negotiations.

All the while I waited over a week for the initial deposit after he had said he deposit it or ordered someone to pay to my account, he kept asking me to start the project and I did not agree to that.n I waited till the deposit was in my account and secured finally, I thought after he finally paid the deposit that he was going to be honest at this point , I was wrong again. When I got the end of the project after only 2 weeks, he started to make excuses that I didn;t do this or that for his project, and certain things did not work, and he started demanding more features then agreed upon from the start, he kept telling me if not I will not pay you,

Well, I knew that was a hint that he was not going to pay no matter what i did or didn;t do. I went above and beyond his ex-pectations and what he wanted out this project, and after overcoming all his excuses for the site and demanding my final payment several time. he said it is not cross browser compatable, and no sale , I will not pay, Well i had bought the theme from a major reuptable website that I changed some things on it, and it is cross browser compatable and sent him the proff that it was,

thats when he started to be quiet, locked me out of the hosting account, and told me that he will not pay us. So we took half of the website off and said you only paid half, You will only get half a website, he then proceeded to tell that he sent the money again, that he ordered someone to pay me, I told him great, when I receive it , I will be glad to give you the other half, he then proceeded to call the hosting company to restore the site, and they even tries to block my IP from the website, once it was restored by them, Still I am waiting for payment as of today, for the work we have done.

I would like to add that this company has a record of ripping off people there is a website from someone that got ripped off over 30,000 dollars of restaurant furniture that was never delivered, That website can be seen at restaurantboothsfraud.com which is run by the same individual Ray Fluitsma and his Amc Industries.

There is also another BBB report that states the same tyoe of ripoff with excuses. I also found that AMC Industries Acquisitions LLC. and Ray Fluitsma is being sued for Unfair Labor Practices, for a under age employee, the case can be found on the web, by doing a google search.

I am not even sure that the building he claims to have his manufacturing company is even rented by him. he had me try to put his logo on a picture that i found on a rental ad for that building. he says he just moved there and that he hasn;t had time to put a banner on the building, After 6months of renting it, I find that to be odd, and probably they do not exist there.

I also found out now after calling several clients that he sent me pictures of products, is that there was a previous owner and management that had those contracts and did that work and they sold RAYMOND Fluitsma the business several years ago, and since then he has ran it to the ground and ripped off other people, using the reputation the formr owners built.

These people are bad really bad, nd i am sure they will not  stop at anything to rip off anyone. I have full proof of everything I claim, I have documented and copied images of everything i have said and posted here,  If any wants to see it, i will be glad to provide all the proof, Again do not do business with these people, do not  develop  any thing for these people they will not pay you in the end. These people are bad bad news, and will never deliver on anything
