I cancelled my "ecard membership" after year one and never sent another "ecard." I did not realize that the 16.90 charge listed "Am Greetings Ecards" CONTINUED to be charged to me annually for years! When attempting to contact American Greetings Ecards to inquire about these charges, I was UNABLE TO CONTACT them as NO PHONE NUMBER could be found on their website, and contacting them online required a LOG-IN, to which my attempt to log-in with my email address (the only one we've used in several years) was repeatedly DENIED ("email not in database.") It was only by searching "American Greetings," and calling each number that appeared in various search results, starting with individual Corporate Office departments, that I was given the phone number they apparently DO NOT REVEAL on any website or online search : (800)711-4474.
However, the only option I was given in regard to these charges when calling this totally-automated number was to cancel my "remaining" membership, but discuss a refund of the past charges!

You should,at the very least, go over your bank statement with charges EVERY MONTH WHEN IT COMES!
Then it wouldn't have taken you "years" to realize what was happening, and you could have 'done your homework' and had these charges removed at an earlier date.
Dosn't it make you sick to see all those charges that you have paid without any benefit??
