American Home Shield Totally a Rip off company for home warranty services in the Florida keys Internet

Have had contractfor almost two years.When I signed up I questioned if they had contract vendors in the Florida Keys to service any requests for repair when needed.  I was told absolutely we have plenty here.



In the several times, I have had to use them it has been a total nightmare.  Had a Electric panel that was smoking and very hazardous and I was left for 10 days without anyone being sent to help, and ONLY when I called them and asked repeatedly what was going on they all lip serviced me and said they have to find someone in this area.  Twice they called AC companies 4.5 hours away from me and they refused to do the job, who blames them.  Then they kept lip servicing me and telling me I had to be patient, Well when I had no AC or any electric t use it is very hard.  Finally have repeated calls to them, NEVER one call from them,

I got a supervisor who allowd me to use a local outside contractor and within one day I had it fixed.



Second service request, just last week, plumbing issue in my downstairs bathroom.  They had one plumbing company here who did come out and check it out.  When he called in for authorization to do the work, they told him they had to have a second opinion.  Now remember, they are the only plumbing company within 3 hours of where I live..... but after four hours on the phone with one customer service rep after another, telling me they had to research for a company to do the second opinion.... I asked numerous times to have the supervisor call me but now have been waiting for 4 days for that return call.  I have also caled them numerous times and still have the plumbing issue today.  Needless to say, all they do is give you the run arounds so you get fed up and get the work done on your own.   THEY do not care about what you are going through and all the custermer service people are trained to keep apologizing but never getting the issue fixed.  When I talked to this plumber again, he said those people do not have a clue and even called his company to give them a second opinion on the first opinion he gave them four days ago and of course I am still here with no running water in the bathroom.....



DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.  THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE.
