American Homes By United Builders ripoff Martinsburg West Virginia

My husband and I purchased a new home from American homes in the summer of 05 and have had nothing but bad experiences. Our basement ceiling was leaking within 2 months of moving in.

We are now in the summer of 07 and still have no entrance to our neighborhood. We were told it would be done in Sept of 05. We have a gravel construction entrance that has huge potholes. We have had to replace 6 tires so far. We have no grass because they never watered it after they hydroseeded.

We have had to pay alot of $ for exterminators because the homeowners allows neighbors grass to grow to 2 stories and the barn that was supposed to be a community center is never taken care of. Having a house built by them has been a huge ripoff.
