american top logistics took money to ship a car they never shipped and wont return the money hartford, Connecticut

i contracted with these clowns to shipa car for mr from vt to tn on 08/29/12. tom promised me they had a truck headed my way that coming weekend and i should expect the car by the following monday. it never happened.

 i called back to question why on that monday and tom screamed they had 14 days to pick up the car according to the contract which he urged me to read again in a most rude way, then he hung up on me. i called back and he promptly told me if i wanted a refund to cancel the contract it would be a 250 dollar fine and he hung up again.

 i waited until 09/17/12 to call back so i had given the 14 allotted days to have the car picked up. this tis time, he pretended not to be the same guy and told me to leave a message and he'd give it to tom when he came back from lunch. i called back the next day, same result. a week later, same result. a week later, same result. this guy refuses to return my calls or refund my money.
