Americredit Auto Loan Ripoff ripoff took 2000.00 down; never alerted us where to send payment, repossed car at 5 weeks after purchase, still have 2000, and want another 4500. to clear our debt, we feel car dealer was working with them. RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA Phoenix Arizona

Bought KIA at KIA of Riverside with 2000.00 down. Never received notification of where to send 1st payment. I called dealer to find out. They denied knowing who had our loan. After having car 5 weeks it was repossessed and they wanted additional 2250. to get car out of impound. We didn't have any more money except payment due. We didn't hear from them till they sold our car and wanted additional 4500 to clear our credit.

Needless to say we have poor credit and it's now made worse by americredit without being true. How can you send a first payment not knowing where to send it? I also feel car dealer was in on scam. Stay clear of americredit!
