Please let me know what you are finding out. I "graduated" with my associates in Medical Billing and Coding almost 3 years ago and am still unable to find a job. I have no idea how to go about finding someone who would take on the case, besides I do not have the money to pay someone to sue them.

Anthem said that they would help me find a job-they were looking the same places I was, no where special. I had a new person helping me just about every week. I stopped hearing from them a few months after I graduated, no one has contacted me since but you can bet that I have the Sallie Mae and Nelnet hounding me about paying them back when I do not have a job that would even allow me to attempt to start paying back those loans. I wish I had known then was a scam Anthem College Online was, I could have actually used student loans to go towards a real degree.

I am now thousands of dollars as well.  I attended the criminal justice program online through High Tech Institute/Antem College. After about a year. I requested a temporary leave of absence due to the loss of my son. I sent in the proof as requested and was granted my lave of absence. When I tried to return to school, I was tld that the school was not accredited and could no longer accept any ne or returning students. They should not get away with this!! They can't!! I am willing to do all that I can to see that do not get away with this and/or continue to scam others the ame way. They have put me into debt without anything to show and prevented me from being able to further my education elsewhere. Not fair!!
