Anthony Santoni, C.S. Sporting intimdates and trashes anyone that doesn't play the game his way Woodland California

Sold C.S. as gun we are both registered gun dealers. The gun was typed incorrectly in a web site ad. When Mr Santoni recieved it he flew into a fit of rage, I offerd to refund his money, after he wanted me to send $100 to him to keep it. Posted my name and company on the sleazy site. When I logged on to defend my self the the thread was closed.

Mr. Santoni has notified the AFT, The Postal system, the Attorney General of Ct, Consumer Protection of Ct.and any other place to destroy me. Do you want to deal with someone like this??? He has started a campaign to trash me. Don't have any buying or selling dealings with a threatening ranting person like Mr. Santoni, his emails indicate that he could be violent.

I have been in contact with Mr. Santoni until recently. When he refused to accept a full refund, plus shipping both ways. He insisted that a refund be sent with a call tag.

I agreed if he printed a statement that the issue was resolved favorably. He has refused. Why have I waited two weeks to take the bashing? I wanted to see where the chips have fallen! I have admitted that the gun was typed in wrong "a 7600 typed as a 760". In my ATF book it's a 7600. I have changed my return policy. If I am wrong on a description the buyer will get refunded shipping both ways. It takes a big man to admit mistakes, and a bigger man to fix them right!

Now back to Mr. Santoni, my offer to return remains open for the month of January,but he must still, rescind his foul campaign to bash me. If not, then it is evident that this is not about justice or fairness in the market place , but about Mr Santoni beating his chest like an ape to draw attention to his being "victimized" by the "big bad dealer".

Here is his threating email sent to me after I went pulic that he insisited the I give him $100 to keep the gun. Notice that he didn't sign his name ,however would you sign your name to such trash?

Hey John, why don't you go *&*& yourself and your worthless pile of **&* business too. You are a *&*& crook of the lowest order, and I hope that everyone finds out about you.

You clearly tried to deceive me, by stating that it was a 760 with no scope mount holes. Everyone knows that the early 760's were not drilled and tapped, and are more valuable. You knew you had a piece of *&*& rifle, and intentionally screwed me.

Have fun the Postal Inspector as well. I am going to file a Mail Fraud complaint first thing in the morning, since you gladly accepted and chased the USPS Money Order.Rot in hell, you *&*& *&*&.

Mr. Santoni doesn't live in a small town where there are only a few postal workers and when one is absent the mail piles up without a replacement to help out. When a priority mail letter is scanned , it means it's in the building only. I may not get the notification in my post office box for two to five days after it has arrived! I guess that doesn't happen in Mr. Santoni's "perfect world".

I have learned several thing for this scat room "The Sniper's Hide" If you go there be prepared for gross profanity, guess that's why Mr. Santoni chose that site to Bash me!: 1. That these All-American Gas-Bags that condemn and pass judgement without waiting to hear the whole story aren't very American in my book. I grew up believing that you were presumed innocent until proven guilty.

2. This site has very increminating exposure for some people. Like Mr. Whoopee Mullins, who admits to being involved in a straw purchase of a handgun, then threatens someone on a public web site.Will someone discretely please tell Mr Whooppee that a "staw purchase" is not buying a gun from underneath a haystack

3. That some people will never be happy as they haven't resolved their serious issues, like dominating , bashing,intimidating extorting, and threatening other people.Any wish to sell a gun to Mr Santoni? Maybe you'd like to live next door to him, your kids could learn some new words!

In the holiday spirit to prove I am not vindictive, spitefull or mean spirited. My offer is still open to Mr. Santoni on the return,until the end of January.
I'll assume that Mr. Mullins' of the Snipers Hide"complaint forum purchased a hand gun for someone else and it was not intentional.And not a Strw purchase, The rest of you have a very Happy Holiday and the Best of a New Year.
