Around the Clock USA dba ATC Illegal Drivers - No valid license, No Insurance - Fraud!!!! orlando, Florida

Sergio Villalobos, Owner of Around the clock transport is a fake and a fraud.  He has an impressive website with text that is well-worded and pictures that create the ambiance of well-to-do tourist transport service in Orlando. But it is all an illusion.  Sergio Villalobos has been forcing  illegal drivers to go on transports and airport pick ups with no insurance and expired tags - which could bring terrible repercussions to the unprepared drivers.  Many of these drivers and scared and intimidated and with small children to feed....they will take just about any kind of abuse.  Sergio Villalobos has not had any insurance for the past 3 months, yet he is on the list of approved transport agents for the Orlando International Airport.  How is that you say?  Good question.  He was already reported to the office in the Airport that deals with these issues but nothing has happened yet.  Sergio Villalobos allegedly sent an e-mail that told his driver's that all is well and they are now insured.  Okay, really?  Then why will he not provide the name of his insurance company in order to verify that he does indeed have insurance?  This is a serious safety violation in that in the event of an accident....how will the victims fare with no insurance to protect them?  Can one imagine an accident where a life is lost...I shudder to think.  Put these miscreants in their place.  Call and demand that he provide proof of insurance.  

Around the Clock website also claims prestigious awards for excellence in service.  These are awards that are bought and paid for.  The same organization that provides these awards is the same company that has come under such scrutiny for being frauds in many online consumer reports blogs. THis one in particular stands out:

If dealing with this company proceed with caution and remember to ask for proof of insurance and call to verify.  Be careful - scam artist at large!!
