We are in process of suing APES Pools, because of the quality of work and customer service. My back yard was over 6 figures and it was far from finished when he refused to come back out and finish. He had several promised "done by dates" and none were met. His customer service is lacking and if you are a women you are an "idiot" and he does not think we are capable of handling anything in the business world. He had unlicensed workers, no plumbers license, but tied into public gas and sewer, had no bond number or insurance. He claims to be Katy's Pool builder. I can add several other unhappy customers to my list. I look forward to seeing him in court. Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of APES POOLS and Jack Hopkins.He has been reported to the BBB of greater Houston and Texas State Board of Plumbing fined him as well.
