I ordered the "Spin Spa" as a Christmas Gift for my Wife on December 19, 2005, but since it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, I decided that it would make a good anniversary gift.
Well, today, February 4, 2006, I opened the box and found that I'd been charged for Shipping & Handling for 5 additional "Free Spa Robes" and 1 was enclosed. I was having problems with my ISP and ended up ordering 5 robes, so I wasn't upset about the quantity. What did upset me was the fact that the $29.95 order turned out to be $66.91.
I have sent an e-mail to the company, but after reading reports on this outfit, I'm not optimistic. The Better Business Bureau gives the firm a "D" Rating. The "D" is way, way down from the "AAA" Rating that the BBB has in its Rating System.

After 4 e-mails to these folks, I received a reply stating that a credit had been issued for the S&H for the 4 robes that were not received and that a robe was being shipped free as a gesture of good will. These e-mails were from "custserv@pds.com" , so it looks like these folks are "all over the map" when it comes to Web locations. The "webmall.com" site has been de-activated, also. Reminds me of a less-than-scrupulous used car dealer who relocates all the time. At least, there has been some resolution to this situation.
