ASC failed to provide my atty ameritization schedule for payoff to new mortgage company to refinance my home to get out of their illegal "preditary loan situation". I missed TWO closing dates. Caused great grief, caused my divorce, and me to be homeless at Christmas time in 2008!

ASC illegally applied hazard insurance STEALING my escrow and refused to help correct despite faxing coverage comfirmation from American Family Insurance Co.

I was NOT upside down in my home, to the contrary, I had around 350,000+ equity, YES this much in my beautiful dream home. I am an RN my daughter is an A+ student. If you think they will get away with this they are crazy.

Kozney and McCubbin and Wells Fargo did not respond to my request for help to get on a less interest plan, they just told me to pay the arrearage.

This cannot go unnoticed!!!! President Obama what are you and Oprah going to do for us!!! I am going to pursue this at the highest court.

My husband flipped out and left. My parents wont speak to me thinking I am a loser, I worked 7 days a week as a nurse trying to keep things moving with hopes of refinance until I could get on market. I had investors willing to buy for payoff but I had 350,000 equity and people interested in my home.

I do have recourse cuz in Missouri the atty's and crooked forclosure attys dont really know how to approach this.

I bought the book "Foreclosures for Dummies". I found an attornye and we have a case.

The mistakes I made are as follows: I did not ask to speak w/the atty that is assigned to your forclosures. I did not buy the book above or research this site or Missouri law on statutory redemption. I also did not know that it is not too late for 1 YEAR you can still GET YOUR HOUSE BACK. BUT finding an atty is hard. Call your local bar association for a Realestate atty experienced in foreclosures. IF not go to the court house and ask how to file the proper forms as outlined in foreclosures for dummies. Or go to a web site Lawdepot.com for about $25. you can down load any legal form but it must comply with your court system so check with them first.

If you are lucky enough in Missouri you have many ways to get your home back. Get an atty and have them place judgement for forebearance or stay to buy you time. Contact the repayment program and call them constantly and insist they email or fax you a plan. Document the calls who you talk with.

If you fail to do this go to the court house steps and listen to see if you can use intimidation to let the person bidding know on your house that you intend on invoking the "statutory redemption" law to reclaim your home. You have one year and these people trying to "rehab repo homes" are usually not aware that they could lose everything they put into it less the intestestof 7.4% and atty fees if you find way to reclaim.

My new owers put $400,000 into my home. I went and asked them about the home and what they paid and how much they thought they would sink into it without letting them know who I was. They are just as much crooks as the atty. Cuz they watch the Pulse magazine published by atty and bought for late taxes but what they dont realize I can reclaim my home and I have a wealthy investor who I told my story to who could not believe it until I showed the facts of this foreclosure to them.

I will use any award money's I receive to fund a help program for those others and try to help get a class action suit filed regarding this. I am calling Erin Brokavich firm to see what she will do. I have a young local atty that is willing not sure he is up for the challenge but this is my investment all my retirmement was poured into this home.I will will!! and So will you.

Please just send me quick email w/your story simple email/phone and I will let the firm know how many others there are like me. We all deserve our money back or and our home. This is theft in the worst kind of way!!! it is so unethical and it is disgusting that we are bailing them out!!! But that is okay, they can pay our legal settlements and maybe try to give us back part of what we lost. For some of us GOD is the only one who will seek vengence. For me, I will use the Law and hope that justice is served. God bless all of you and may ASC Kozeny and McCubbin go to h+++!!!
