ASI Conference Systems Vivian Wright Bolton ASI Conference Systems does not pay their interpreters AND they ignore all emails Las Vegas, Nevada

ASI CONFERENCE SYSTEMS, LLC. DOES NOT EXIST AS OF JUNE 2011.

To anyone doing business with Vivian Wright Bolton under the company name ASI Conference Systems, LLC, please be warned that this company was closed on June 1 2011. This can be verified on the State of Nevada website showing the charter/business license was revoked as of that date.

The address of 1900 E. Bonanza Rd belongs to a lawfirm with no association with ASI Conference Systems or Vivian Wright Bolton. The fax number of 702-383-6106 belongs to the same lawfirm and, again, has no connection with Vivian Wright Bolton. Please do not allow the fact that the name of the firm contains the same name that Vivian is currently using to confuse you, there is no conection and the owners of the lawfirm are not responsible for any of the actions of Ms. Wright.

Vivian Wright is the sole person responsible for any and all actions on behalf of ASI Conference Systems and/or ASI Conference Translators. There are no employees of either company.

Any failure to pay or honor a contract signed with Ms. Wright is her sole responsibility. If you receive a check purported to be signed by "Jennifer Bolton" and/or "Frank Kocka" is a forgery and should be reported to police immediately.

If you entered into a contract after June 1 2011 believing you were doing business with ASI Conference Systems LLC, you are incorrect as that company does not exist. Please contact law enforcment or begin civil litigation to seek relief in your matter. DO NOT contact anyone at 1900 E. Bonanza Rd., Las Vegas Nevada as they can not help you with any issues

Vivian has responded to me and it turns out they had sent a check on February 16th but for some reason it got returned. I have supplied bank wiring information and she has assured me that ASI will submit payment.

It turns out the reason Vivian was not returning calls is that a close relative of hers passed away and she was dealing with that. My condolences.

As to her name not being legit, well I don't know how to respond to that as I received that information second hand and have no actual proof that the claim is accurate or not.

As for her business license it seems there are 2 businesses with the same name:

I totally overreacted to not being able to contact Vivian and I am at fault for this.

I think it is ridiculous that Ripoffreport will NOT remove a report DESPITE the overwhelming evidence that the report is false. Especially when the initial submitter claims so! I understand that Ripoffreport wants to protect people but the "zero tolerance" policy they have for removing an incorrect report is something they should fix, especially when my originally filed rebuttal was never posted, hence this 3rd rebuttal submission.

Again I request to RipOffReport to please remove this report!
