Scott Swaalf who operates now under Australia presidental lending & Aspire property has a reputation that "proceeds him" for all the wrong reasons.

As the C0-founder Of Sovereign Integrated Finance with Daniel Otto they built up a big business many years ago mainly thanks to enthusiasm of their telemarketing team run by Kim Henley.

Over the years the company expanded into 3 states and at one stage had close to 100 part time and contracted employees.

Unfortunately though their program was quite good (even though they ripped it off from another company we all found out later) they didn't give a rats about their staff.

Staff left at an astonishing rate once they worked out that Scott & Daniel were not such nice bosses after all.

Eventually Daniels best friend an Sales Manager Jamie Roberts, left and started his own company after stealing confidential files. (Exactly what Scott and Daniel did to start their business. Irony hey)

All the sales team found out about this and soon learnt of what was going on and one by one left. After 5 years of promising a small pay rise to their best assest, Kim Henley she left and went into real estate as they wouldnt even give her a few thousand dollars despite her efforts into making them millions.

They eventually gave up trying to win her back and instead called her a "witch", which the sales team and her telemarketers found out about and then left themselves as Kim was the best person there and held the company together and was my boss. (One of the best I have had)

They also tried to rip off their new sales manager David (surname protected) who successfully sued them in court not long after.

The final straw was when staff showed up after their xmas break ready to start the new year and were "locked out" of their office in Salisbury and told to go home. This really sucked as everyone knows there is no money after the xmas break and there were bills to pay.

Scott hides behind his religeous beliefs (Which I found out later as he has a bible on his desk) but from someone who worked there for 6 months and kept in contact with staff he is far from being a christian!!

Don't do business with this man.

PS I also found out he they never paid their workers or owed commission to the salesman which worked out to be in eccess of $100,000 + without any entitlements.

Also one of the sales guys passed away suddenly from a heart attack I found out later and I was told that they wouldnt even give his widow the money they owed him in commission, despiter her not being able to afford the funeral.

That is very low!
