I have been engaged in a merry-go-round of exchanges with this company, since I recieved my first free minutes approximately one year ago. There is definitely a pattern of demands for information which is then either discounted or ignored, followed by new demands for information, which is then discounted or ignored. Having had some experience in the past with bait and switch schemes. in my opinion that is what this is. Some people are granted free minutes based upon an arbitrary selection process, then denied FREE SERVICE based upon some alleged failure to comply with DEMANDS for information, thereby requiring the customer to pay for service. There is really no other explanation for driving away customers. If you believe you are being unjustly denied free service, I urge you to contact the Federal Trade Commission by filing a complaint online. It is unlikely that the FTC is unaware of this scheme, but at least if enough consumers complain, something may be done.

If it's free, then we should be able to get it without strings, right? Gotta love socialism.
