assurance wireless I am being cheated out of my minutes, one month I can add cash to my plan at .03 a min, then the next mo. the CSR claims that is not true they are always .10 per min. I can never get the same minutes mattoon, Illinois

Every month there is always a new stag with this company, I am told by CSR 1-888-321-5880, "after automatic minutes are applied I can add money to my plan at same rate as my plan---when I do, my mins are gone in two days, (this particular time), before when I added cash to my plan after the automatic minutes were applied, they lasted longer than (2) days. All of a sudden this does not apply anymore, when I called now I am being told this was never the procedure, which is a lie, after spending $30-40 a month after the automatic minutes, I was told to call in the top-up to the CSR instead of the automated process, and the money would be applied to my plan only once a month. and that was the case for about 2-months, now I am told that was never the policy. Eventhough the phone is free, the service is not free, this is so very unprofessional, it is unbelievable. Yes the service is geared to the low-income, however the service is not low-income. There is nothing printed out of these new rules that are revealed from month to month

There are no jobs because all the jobs are being outsourced to other countries and not by the president its the executives of the corporations that are doing that so thank them. I guess people forget about the jobs that OBAMA created or no wait they lied about the numbers that was it right? Yes there are always people who take advantage of the system and there will always will be no matter who's in office. People also seem to forget that it was Regan who started the free phone program and Bush upgraded it to cell phones. As for you Mr. Outlaw what the heck to you mean by that comment? Also I votes for Obama and I receive no government assistance, have a job., pay taxes and am all around a good law abiding citizen.

I have been unemployed for some time, get very little benefits yet you are bitching about a free phone??? I have to pay my bills ie: my cell phone. Get over it - if you cannot afford it then stop using it. I have no choice - I am locked into a contract on mine.
BTW I have applied for almost 200 jobs, have a college degree + and still can't find a job. Thank your great President for that. As for internet service - if you are not looking for work then you don't need internet service either.
