I ordered the Atmos Raw Vape Pen and a 3 pack of oil adapters on September 8. I received the pen maybe two weeks later, but I didn't receive the adapters. I emailed the company asking where the adapters were, and they told me the oil adapters were on back order and I would soon receive an e-mail with the tracking number for my oil adapter, yet they failed to tell me they were on back order upon purchasing the item and upon shipment of only half of my order. I e-mailed them again, asking when I could expect to receive the oil adapters, and on September 24, they told me they expected to get them in within the week. That was the last e-mail I received from them, despite several more attempts to figure out what was going on. Their website only has the option to e-mail them. There is no phone number to call, or any other information on where they are located. Don't purchase from this website if you intend on buying any atmos products, the real website for atmos is atmosrx.com
