Loan Modification - Attorney Debt Solutions The "supervising" attorney lied through her teeth and convinced us to sign with them. She said that they had more "clout" with the lenders and would be able to speak directly with the analyst in order to negotiate our loan modification. This is absolutely untrue. Come to find out they have less rights and even less access to the lender than the home owners does. Long story short, they took our $2k, made a few phone calls and called our case fulfilled. It is still up in the air whether or not we are going to lose our house based on trusting their advise as lawyers. All of the Associate Lawyers in this firm are just baby still and just barely admitted to the bar. Need I say more?

I just checked and the 'supervising' attorney is in hot water with his bar.  Justice is served.  I just can't believe he'd just lie so much just for a few grand.
