Audobon Communities Management Audobon East at Fairington Rental Company STOLE deposit and 1st and Last months rent and did NOT provide an apartment Maple Shade, New Jersey

I just returned from Iraq on 14 July 2009,and found what i to believed was a nice apartment complex. My fiance and myself went there and provided $645.00 for deposit and first/last months rent. We went the next day to view the apartment and the manager of the property Audobon East at Fairington in Lithonia Georgia stated that the apartment was not ready so they told us that another apartment was ready to move-in. So, we told them that our furniture was to be delivered on Saturday. So I went to meet the furniture delivery guys at the office for the key and the noone showed up on a business day, so i had no key and no apartment.

My furniture was returned and cost me an extra delivery. I had to find a hotel and wait till Monday. I went to the Manager and stated I wanted my money back and I was moving to another place. So it was stated to me since August 2009 to Jan. 2010 that my money was to be returned but I have not received any money in return.

I have reported them to BBB and no response, even I called the headquarters and was lied to on phone by Tom (manager). So i have talked to the property manager, Parris Thomas and thier HQ's manager Tom and also left messages thus nothing.
