was assured that they could do loan modification to our property and this took almost a year and finally nothing was ever done. asked for a refund and was told that i would recieve the refund but never did, called dozens of times went to his office mutiple times and it was the same old excuse, i dont have money will pay you when i close another property. just stopped by today and found out it was closed. I should have seen this comming but both jones and rivera are very good at what they do. lieing. it takes someone that has no morals, scruples or conscious to take advantage of people especially desperate people who have lost everything because of what they did. as far as i'm concerned they are the lowest form of life
