autocomputerexchange.net is the Biggest rip-off company in the world. I filed a fraud report with the police to try and get my money back. Auto computer exchange never even sent me the item but they still kept my money.

I ordered a pcm/ecm for my Dodge Ram 3500 van on August 14, 2012. I was told my computer would be programmed the next day and then be shipped to me in Jacksonville Florida. They said it would take about 2 - 4 days from the time I ordered it for it to arrive. I waited until the following Monday August 20, 2012 for the part and when it did not arrive I called and was told it was in quality control and that they would check on it to see what the status was.

Later that day I called back because I had not heard from them. They, Paula, said they were unable to send it because it could not be repaired or reprogrammed, they then told me they would have to order another one and then asked me if I wanted to do a back order, I said no I could not wait I needed the computer now for my business, which is for picking of children for after school karate classes.

I then ask for a refund on my money, $275.00. The lady, Paula, said ok they will do it the next day because it was after 5pm and the person who does it is gone for the day, this was on August 20, 2012. I then gave them 6 days for it to show up in my account.

And when it did not I went my bank to start the process to get my money back. They gave me paperwork to take to police to file a report, they also said to call autocomputerexchange.net one more time to inform them of what I was about to do to and give them a chance to make good. Well they said that the refund had been processed on Friday the 24th and should be in my account by this Wed. It is now Friday and nothing.

On Friday afternoon I went to the police to file my report and then back to the bank and I am also going to contact the State Attorney to file a complaint with them. This company will continually give you the run around and put you off as long as they can hoping you will just get frustrated and go away. Well I am not going away I am a business owner and when someone pays me to do something they expect for me to do what they paid me to do. I expect the same thing when I deal with a company.

My bank told me today they would try and get my money refunded to my account is a couple of days. So please do not do any business with autocompterexchange.net.
