Automotive Household Finance Company deposited check over the phone before date. Rip-off! Baltimore Maryland

I have an auto loan at Household Finance and I have been trying very hard to get another bank to take my loan. I tell everyone not to use this bank and seek another source. My car note is very high and as a teacher for the first time our system did not have summer school. I was told by a gentleman in the company to call this office in California and explain my situation and attempt to make an arrangement. When I called California the black man on the phone was so rude ignorant and obnoxious to me. I have never in my life heard of anyone speak to someone in a job that way.

Then they called me and ask me to do a payment by phone and they would deposit it in a Friday. Well. The gentleman who was another black man put it in on Thursday and made my account bounce four checks. When I called them I had checked my account and saw they did not do what they said. They could not care and ask for the next payment. Well, never mind I am paying the 120 to my bank for bounced checks plus the 120 or more to the different companies other checks were written too.

Then I received a letter stating that I told them to put it in on Thursday. Now, I received my last paycheck of the school year on that FRiday and I was tired of disputing back and forth so I informed them that all transactions and communicating must be done in writing. They have called my home 10 or more times a day to harrass about another payment. Thank God for calling idea. I learned the clerks will write anything down. It may be best not do checks on the phone because they deposit them when they want to. Your account will be destroyed. I am trying to enjoy the rest of my summer break financially struggling.
