Let me start this report with a little background on my situation. I am by know means someone that is hard up for money or anything like that. I was someone that like many people screwed up their credit royally when they were younger in college. After years of working and floundering with credit issues, I had decided to do something about it. So after reading a few books on the subject and hiring a good credit attorney to help with this matter, I had everything straightened away. One thing that can really help is securing a loan and making on time payments for a period of 12-24 months. So I find this site and read all of the facts. I will quote a few hear.

"Do I need collateral or a cosigner to get a loan?

Absolutely not! Our loan sources do NOT require any collateral or a cosigner. These loans are
made based on your signature and promise to repay on the loan agreement." NOT TRUE

"I'm still skeptical! How do I know you won't rip me off?

That's a good question! We've been in business now for almost 8 years on the internet, nearly 10 years total. We have THOUSANDS of satisfied customers who got their loans quickly with our help! We wouldn't still be in business if we were not providing what we promise. Think about
that! All that we ask is that you give us the chance to help you! You owe us NOTHING if we are unable to find you at least ONE lender. You can apply RISK-FREE and with CONFIDENCE!" NOT TRUE!

These are just two examples of "facts from their website. So figured that what do I have to lose. It is only $99 and they will do a "custom" search for me and pair me up with lenders that meet my requirements. After completing the application and paying them of course I get this email and I immediately knew something was up. The email states that the search will take 4 days, that is fine. Then it says do not attempt to contact them until the search is done. That is fine too. But there is no phone number whatsoever. Just a blank nontraceable email address from yahoo. That is usually a key that something is not right in my eyes. But I figure I will wait the 4 days and then see what they come back with.

4 days go by and I get their "loan search results". Why this took four days, I have no idea. I could have come up with these on google in 3 seconds. These are in NO WAY bad credit lenders. Here are a sample of what they gave me. AIG, MBNA, CITI. These are major financial institutions that require strong credit to be approved.

The instructions that came with the email were even better. In a nutshell here is what they said. Start at the top of the list and apply for a loan. If you get denied go the the next loan. But keep in mind that you will probably "need a FICO score of greater than 600 or a CO-SIGNER to be approved for any of these loans." This completely goes against what they say in their own FACT section of their OWN website! Not to mention that anybody that is trying to repair credit knows that if you start applying for a bunch of loans that leads to a bunch of inquiries on your credit report which can lead to a lower FICO score overall.

So I email them and politely ask for a refund. I state that I felt like I was mislead and that I would like the money back they promise. I get a response saying that unless I get rejected by all 6 lenders and provide proof that I did, they will not refund. I explain that all that will do is ruin my credit more and I am trying to rebuild it. I said you are talking about the facts on your website saying I will not need a cosigner and then saying I will. I told them that if they want to scam others, that is fine, but I will go straight to my attorney if I have to on principle.

The next day I get a response saying "Give us your attorney's name and number and we will contact him directly". So I immediately emailed them that info. I told them that my attorney is awaiting their call and has all of the necessary information since he is a credit attorney. Apparently these people thought I was bluffing with the attorney information and were trying to call my bluff, because it has now been 3 days and still no call to the attorney. I decide to do a search on them on the web. I find that others have had problems in the past and the result was the company saying they were going to go to the complainants boss and report them for using company time wrongfully. That is not much of an argument against fraud is it? I am the boss at my company! So what will the excuse be this time.

I am prepared to go after this company. The money is not a factor at this point. It is the principle. I think this scam although creative is a complete joke. Basically a person provides links to the biggest lenders in the world and in turn gets paid $99 for it. Google, yahoo, etc. all do this for free. This company should not get away with this anymore. Most people see an "AS SEEN ON TV" logo and figure it has to be legit. I have never seen this on TV, and I have done research over the last two days and still cannot figure out where they have ever been on TV. I am hoping maybe it will be CourTV soon enough. Usually they are arguing with someone with NO MEANS financially, so that person cannot win. This time, it is different. We shall see what happens in the end, but I will follow through on this, and hopefully keep this site updated.

Dave is obviously a good representative of the ethics of this company

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 12, 2006

I know this is repetative guys, but I just cannot believe how this Dave guy has conducted himself during this whole post. First, he is a satisfied customer. Then he worked part time and makes derogatory and imflamatory statements against the original poster and everyone who says anything truthful about this company. Lastly, he pretends to be a lawyer? This guy is about as ethical as the old " SNAKE OIL " guy in the wagon that used to scam everyone on gunsmoke!!

I truly hope that some type of legislation is passed to put people like this behind bars where they belong! To hear him speak on his responses, you can tell he is what we call in virginia, a "SLICKASS". His "COMPANY" that he worked part time for is probrably a website he runs from his home. Buying webspace and posting some fancy graphics does not make one a respectable business. Dave, Rich, or whatever your name is, you would be well advised to watch your step buddy. God don't like ugly, and you will get whats coming to you sooner or later. People of your calliber pull that crap in Virginia, they get what's called a "HOGLOT FUNERAL SERVICE". It's sickening, the number of innocent people who get hurt or killed trying to do what's right in life when there's raw sewage like yourself running around spending ill gotten money!

SO, "RICH" ARE YOU MARK GOODMAN OR DONNA JAFFE?

AUTHOR: Sherri - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 07, 2006

They seem to be the only two attorneys of the Goodman Law Firm in Phoenix. Rich ain't one of them.

Once again, "Dave" is caught pretending to be someone else. Think I explained to you already that pretending to be an attorney (Officer of the Court) is a felony in most states. Don't think you and your "friend" Mark are going unnoticed by the proper authorities. I'm sure they LOVED the email from your imaginary attorney to the lady in Colorado. I know I laughed my as* off when I read it.

Just looking over there web site and thanking God that I came here before i sent them any money !!!

Anyway .. check out the stat that they have published on there site ... I am sure they will change it so i am coping and pasting it just as it is ...

Just look at these statistics for the past two weeks:

* The average approved loan amount for our clients is $12,000!

* Out of 1424 applications received in the last two weeks, we matched a lender to 1463
applications! That is a 97.9% SUCCESS rate!

Is it just me or is it possible to have only 1424 applications and match a lender to 1463 ( more than applied ) ???

This Dave guy ( or Rich the attorney ) needs to go back to school ...

This Company is comitting FRAUD

AUTHOR: Phyllis - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 30, 2005

There is so much back a forward going on here! Stop wasting your time arguing Josh. The more people who complain about this company, the more chances there will be an investigation. This company is flat out committing FRAUD. The same day my lawyer and I printed out their "whole" web page, the company turned around and changed it's web site to reflect the email message sent to me. I have the proof! Can't dispute that!!! Let a judge and jury decided or the FBI. Dave's in Texas.....Wow Dave, you should know not to mess with TEXAS!!! How can you be an employee and an ex-employee in Texas? Send me your address so that I can turn it over to my local police department so that it can be attached to my complaint not to mention, I can forward it onto the Texas Attorney General's Office. People like Dave who rebuttal back trying to defend this company, truly have something to hide. Josh, don't waste you time. Go after this company and do what ever you can. If you file a suit against this company, I'm in!!!!

this is a clear case of fraud. But, it's easy to spot and avoid.

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 02, 2005

Who would pay $99 to find a lender if you know you have bad credit?

You know what's going to happen. The only way to get credit is by paying a super-high interest rate, or else providing collateral. Nobody is going to take the risk for cheap.

Common sense shows you that paying money to some company won't change that.

Clearly, they are promising the moon and failing to deliver.

I'd say this is a clear case of fraud. But, it's easy to spot and avoid.

Outrageous claims and a guaranteed, no risk, money-back return policy.

When you see something like that, it's always fraud.

Final word to this apparent 'attorney' - its a one man web site run out of your mammas basement

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 07, 2005

Final word for this whole comedy act.

Your claim that they do not guarantee loans nor are they lenders. This is true. How can they guarantee loans if they are not lenders? Its a circle of logic. They dont underwrite -how can they guarantee anything?

However, the site clearly stipulates the CRITERIA that one can obtain a loan from lenders.

It clearly stipulates that your site will provide lenders who will not look at fico or co sign -but simply the signed signature and your good word etc....

The lenders you provide your customers DO NOT look at lending that way -therefore you are not providing them the service you advertise -which is to FIND THEM LENDERS UNDER THAT CRITERIA

so YES - a judge is going to award damages against your idiot scam company.

But since you spend all your money on crack no doubt -you can gut the company and shut it down or file chpt 11 -but i suspect its a one man web site run out of your mammas basement.

You are an attorney.........oh my god. This guy is too much.

First off , everyone will suspect you are not an attorney, but the same a*****e Dave idiot working his one man scam operation.

A real lawyer would not post crap that could be interpreted as legal advise on an open forum. Second if he was arrogant and stupid enough to do so -he would not post the firm he belongs to -thus implicating that they endorse the advise.

Third off - a real lawyer may or may not think Josh has a case -but would try to steer him in the right direction . He wouldnt try to DEFEND THE SCAM COMPANY.

You have got to be kidding me right? This idiot will stop at nothing to change names and tactics to keep defending his idiot actions.

STOP SCAMMIN PEOPLE a*****e

Still no caseIf a company really is scamming people

AUTHOR: Rich - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 06, 2005

Josh,

Sorry to dissapoint you but I am a real attorney.
I am a partner at the Goodman Law firm.

Your comments still scream that you won't win any case.

Why?

IF you are basing your "claims" against this company from BBB reports, you are in for a rude awakening. Anybody can file a BBB report, true or false. They only have 60+ reports as of today. The BBB admits that most of their reports are frivilous and are not verified for truthfulness.
99% of all judges will not allow BBB filings as evidence.

If a company really is scamming people, the FTC
would have been involved by now.

Another claim you make is that you and others were conned? How? Anybody who reads their website would understand they are not a lender nor do they guarantee any loan. That pretty much voids any claim you might have.

Paying a company to search for lenders is not illegal. Sure, you might be able to find the same
lenders on the internet, but still not illegal.

So, it sounds like to us in the office that your attorney is hard up for money and guiding you down a dead end. Hopefully you are not paying any upfront fees. IF you are, be suspicious at best.

Definitely not a company I would do business with.

It's true that Josh may not have a legal case (I hope you have screen shots of their web page before it was modified), but based on the responses from "Dave" in Dallas, I can certainly say I would never do business with them. Let's review Dave's posts, shall we?

First on 4/2/05, he posts as a company shill, and says this is a great company and he is a satisfied customer.

On 5/20/05, he posts again as a consumer and calls everybody morons, and to cal the credit card company.

On 6/2/05 he first posts as an ex-employee, saying he worked there part time, then later that day he posts as an employee. WTF?

And finally on 6/5/05, he says he never said he was an ex-employee. But that's what he did on 6/2. And it wasn't a mistake, because even his post says he worked (past tense) part time.

It would not surprise me if "Dave" was the owner of this scam company.

I beg to differ there is a very valid case

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 06, 2005

I have spoken to 3 attorneys and all three seem to think that with the amount of claims against this company, there is a very valid case. I am not trying to seek any monetary gain from this whatsoever. I simply want these people shut down.

I printed out your response and handed it to my attorney and he very much disagrees and says cases and cases such as this have been heard without issue. To state that because I was refunded by my credit card company means that there can be no case, is the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard.

Many factors could have happened in that period of time. Not just by me, but by others, who were conned by this company. He went on to say, that class action suits have been this way for years and will continue and he further stated that a large percentage of the American public have been involved in class action suits without even knowing it. There was no monetary gain by them at all. Know your facts.

We did file against them way back when and we needed to refile because apparently there CA address does not even exist. But I sincerely believe that once again this is just another employee trying to play off that he is an attorney.

you won't win - I am a practicing attorney for a major law firm.

AUTHOR: Rich - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 06, 2005

Hello,

I am a practicing attorney for a major law firm. I have been in law for over 20 years.

Based on what I have read on the indicated website and from my own research, you do -not- have any type of valid case against this company.

They state on their website before people sign up that they do not guarantee any loans and that they are not a lender.

Any judge who sees that wording will immediately dismiss any type of civil action. You might get lucky in small claims. However, proving damages will be almost impossible since you do all the loan applying, not them.

Josh - You indicated above that you already filed
back on June 1st. Then you go on to state it is still pending. You should read your own postings.

This company can also come back after you Josh by filing a counterclaim of Libel based on your statements on this public board. You might be very careful.

Finally, you said you already had gone to your credit card company and got a refund. Any judge will also throw out this case since you have no valid monitary claim.

Your attorney should be telling you these important facts!

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 06, 2005

First off, I want to once again give out a thank you for all that has come of this and the people that have contacted me. To answer Dave's questions. I said we still needed to take care of one more thing before our suit is officially filed and you will be served. You should try to read the posts.

To answer another, I have clearly stated a few times now that I will not give out the place where the petition is listed because I do not want to advertise another company on this site as well as have you and your other scam clones try to stop this before it happens. Thirdly, I have no doubt that you had an attorney go over your site, however there are plenty of complete ill truth's to this site.

Such as the one's listed in my first post. I appreciate the last post, and to answer your question, I have already been refunded by Visa. I dont need the money, I really do NOT want a refund. I want this site gone and I am willing to do and pay whatever it takes to make sure that happens. It is the principle of the matter and people like you are what gives E-commerce a bad name. So like I said before, I do not need to get into a pissing match, I will save that for my attorney and when you get served.

I have a surprise for you Davey boy

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 05, 2005

Josh:

I hope this finds you in health and good spirits. My suggestion is to immediately go to your bank and dispute the charge. They did not offer you a service. Stop trying to battle it out here with this clown and his scam company. He doesnt give a s**t about you or if u died tomorrow.

Dave: I have some news for you. It just so happens that i just moved to Ohio from VICTORIA BRITISH COLUMBIA. Yes thats right -no bullshit

What are the odds. Wanna here something else? I am coming back to victoria with my wife in 2 and a half weeks.

I am coming to see your 'corportate office' . I might go up Mount Doug -or spend some time down Dallas road - or even head on down to the inner harbour to buy some stuff of the vendors down by the Empress. If thats not good enough , we then might go out to Oak Bay and look at some mighty fine properties for sale.

Does this sound like the same Victoria to you Davey boy?

It is butt munchers like you that make me sick -and quite frankly - i am putting my foot down and coming to see you. I do suspect however your 'address' is some one room s**t hole or just a mailing addy. Who knows? From the area it sounds like the basement of your mammas house.

If you work for this company -im gonna ask you again to offer the guy a refund . Its the right thing to do dont u think?

Do you really need to make a living this way Davey boy? Scamming people . Cant afford your crack habit?

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out if you were any man at all or legit - you would offer the guy a refund as you offered him no service. You wanna screw people for free money? You get off on it?

Instead u wanna keep his money and battle it out with him on this site -tarnishing your company's reputation every step of the way?

You have to be a scam to think thats the best way to go here. Obviously what people think of your one man operation doesnt matter to you.

I am suggesting you give the guy his money back and move on.

still no answers

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 05, 2005

You still haven't answered any of our questions.

1. Where is this supposed website where nearly 100 people have contacted you with information on us? If you really had such a site, you would be willing to post it on this heavily viewed site.
Conclusion - No such site exists.

2. You claim to have already filed a lawsuit against us and wouldn't provide a simple case number, yet now you say the lawsuit is still pending. Why would anybody believe you?

3. IF you read the FAQ section of the website, it
clearly states refunds are issued per the policy. Second, it also states that they do NOT guarantee that you will be approved for any loan.

That simple line that states -no- guarantee of any approval gives your chance of winning any lawsuit about 1 in a million.

Don't you think this company has had attorneys review the website and wordings for legallity?

Finally, about it being a canadian company:
Here is the DNS listing for the website:

Administrative Contact Name: Mark Roberts
Administrative Contact Organization: GH Company
Administrative Contact Address1: 3435 E. Royal St.
Administrative Contact City: Victoria
Administrative Contact State/Province: BC
Administrative Contact Postal Code: V8W 1P6
Administrative Contact Country: Canada
Administrative Contact Country Code: CA
Administrative Contact Phone Number:+1.14338883434

I never said I was an ex employee. I am telling you that you are waisting your time with any legal attempt. People are not stupid, they can go to their credit card company if they think they got ripped off.

It's your money, go ahead and make your lawyer rich.

only time we hear from the company is with a lawsuit pending

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 05, 2005

Thanks Tom,

Do you or anyone else on here find it odd, that the only time we hear from the company is with a lawsuit pending. And then more accusations come about how I must be lying. In the end they will get theirs. First you say you are not incorporated????? But then you say the headquarters are in BC. Obviously that is where one of the partner's house is or it is where the domain was purchased. These people do not have an office. They are operating per no rules but collecting money as a business without any sense of the law. I am not here to advertise what we are doing. I merely stated that we do have a class action suit pending against them. The internet is full of people that have had problems with this "company". We have also contacted a certain news department about this site and we are gathering as much data as possible so that when the day in court comes, we are prepared. I am not here to get into a pissing match with someone that says "I am a part time worker". Enough is enough either stand behind your product and site or go back and hide like you have been doing for months. Tell all of the consumers why you do not offer the guarantee, and why you say you will not need a cosigner and then as soon as someone pays you it all changes. Stand up for yourself and stop hiding.

what is going on here?

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 04, 2005

Fellahs:

I have been reading this thread for quite some time now. My name is Tom. I was a collector for 16 long years and now am a Mortgage broker.

First off -the ads says will find a lender for anyone blah blah blah -no cosign -no credit score blah blah. That has to be retarded to begin with . However, if someone is desperate enough -they will believe this company can help them.

So he goes and pays your company his hard earned cash -all to find out the 'lenders' searched are just ordinary lenders with fico requirements and or cosign. What kind of service is this?

Then this Dave guy comes on and poses as a 'satisfied customer' who got a great deal.....

geez - i can get a great 'deal' too Dave:

I have a 708 Fico -and a dti of less than 20% no deroggs ever -on and on.

Can you help me Dave? Geez -about 100,000 banks would be willing to help me too. But you're swell.

I guess guys like me are the only ones who end up 'satisfied customers' -as you stated you are -but failed to mention what your score was or your situation with collateral etc.

So you will only charge $99 to shop someones 600+ Fico or cosigned score around to lenders that they could do for themselves? What a pal!

What a service!!! The only people who need your service are folks who cant get a loan due to score -and of course NEITHER CAN YOU get them a loan at the very same lenders who denied them on their own to begin with.

You insult my intelligence Davey boy. How bout instead you show us all the sub 500 Fico scores no assetts etc or cosign who end up 'satisfied customers'

Will you find them lenders like as in 'GO DOWN TO THE PAWN SHOP'? Are these the lenders you will provide? How bout the Godfather -who will give him a 'loan' for a price? Is this one of your suggested lenders too? Maybe a payday loan?

I can suggest a place for you Dave- a place where you can shove your scam service.

The most galling thing of all -is this consumer is royally pissed off -as he should be for shelling out $99 for no real lender willing to deal with his situation -contrary to what your ad claims . Instead of warring with him on this site instead:

1) stand up and admit what a true p***k you and your scam company is

2) apologize for offering your customer no service whatsoever

3) offer him a refund

4) change your add so innocent people arent suckered in

ps - the only question i have for Josh is -what the heck is a 'credit' attorney? I have never heard of that. I am familiar however with 'commercial' attorneys who deal in 'business' law.

I can certainly feel sorry for you, as you were just trying to make your credit better after making mistakes. I know exactly how you feel. That said, I checked out their website. Here is what it says at the bottom of the page......

You will be forwarded to the Center immediately where you can select the lender you prefer. You can pay using your Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discovery or Paypal account". Now it would seem to me that you are owed a refund!

Amazingly enough, you are entitled to two free plane tickets! (Can you freakin' believe it?) This is on the same page that I quoted above...."
When you use the (name of the company here) service you are also entitled to: 2 fully paid, round-trip airplane tickets. That's right! As a special offer, for a limited time, we are now able to offer you free air tickets! Your tickets can be used to fly to almost anywhere in the world and you have up to 2 years to redeem them. They have a retail value of $1600 and are yours free when you use the (name of the company here) service."

Personally, I would get the tickets, fly to Houston (or Canada, wherever the Losers are) and kick some butt...but that is just me.

I'm sorry this happened to you Josh, but know that you helped me. You see, I'm in a similar situation. My ex husband ruined my credit and I am trying to get it corrected. Second, the company is NOT incorporated. Who is giving you false information?

Thirdly, it is headquartered in Victoria, BC.
If you don't believe me, just do a DNS search
for the primary domain name. The owner is Canadian!

Your "attorney" is a "credit repair" attorney only licensed in Florida. Unable to practice law in either California or Canada!

Finally, you have not filed any case as you claim.

Yet you are incorporated in CA, and if you knew anything about law, you would know that you only have to file suit where the company is incorporated at. I will not give you the BBB info where we have the petition signed. I guess the proof you need is when the TWO men in blue come and serve you. That will be all the proof necessary. We have a petition list with now over 100 people since your last post. You ask if my attorney knows about international law. I think you should ask your own attorney that.

Because committing money fraud over international lines is considered a federal offense. I dont care if you want to claim that my attorney has never tried to contact you.

When you get served the truth will come out. You "claim" you are a part time employee. If that is the case, were you just by chance surfing this board to see how many complaints were lodged against you? My current count is pretty high.

Like I said, I did not come to this forum to get into a spitting match against you. I came here so that others can here the con that you are running.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone that has emailed me to join this lawsuit. Right now we have over 90 people and more coming everyday. This is about principle not about the money. So I urge everyone to stand up and not take this stuff. Help protect others.

How to Avoid This

AUTHOR: Jade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 31, 2005

I just graduated from law school but before going I was a victim of many similar scams. I have learned 2 tips to avoid it: 1) Read the fine print. There's pretty much always a catch, and if something sounds to good to be true it probably is. 2) Research the company on the internet. Most of the time you can find consumer complaints on companies like this. The first thing I did when I came to the site was search for consumer complaints and lo and behold look what I found. I agree that "Dave" is probably an employee of the company, especially from his last comment. And there's nothing wrong with filing a lawsuit on principal when the expense exceeds the value. Plenty of people have done it and in the end it's worth it to shut down these companies that are trying to take advantage of people who can't afford to lose the money. Good luck with your lawsuit!

Morons Instead of paying a lawyer, you need to contact your credit card company

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 20, 2005

Just by reading your responses makes me wonder if anybody has a brain. Instead of paying a lawyer, you need to contact your credit card company. That is why they exist! Each person can take care of that by themselves.

Why would anybody file a lawsuit over $99 is a joke and your attorney needs to be SHOT.

Josh, you are making yourself look like a BIG
fool!

Thanx It is a complete scam

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 16, 2005

Thank you everyone that has responded. I have spoen to my attorney and he has tried on numerous occasions to contact the above company. That did not end very well. They do not take kindly apparently to being caught ripping people off.

It is a complete scam and from what I have been told, I cannot seem to find anywhere that anyone has said anything reputable about them, other than the "employee" that said a few nice words. I have contacted 20 other people that have used them, and all of them say the same thing. They got nothing and the "guarantee" does not exist. We are filing a civil case against them and the filing is supposed to begin on 6/1/05. So I will keep everyone updated on what transpires.

Disagree with Dave and support the other consumers who have been bilked.

AUTHOR: Lajune - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, May 15, 2005

Josh, I am in support of your statements. I have just joined the consumer who has been ripped off by this company. I did send in my report and you can read it dated 5/15/05, Wichita. These lending agents are major lending agencies requiring that you do have very good scores or a co-signer; neither of which I am able to provide. I did write to whomever is running this entity for answers, to which the responses were short, defensive and refusal to provide credentials, phone numbers or a physical address. They make very hard for you to receive your refund -- actually you're jumping through a few hoops-- considering that with the click of the button, your money is immediately taken from your credit card.

I have sent letters to the sources they use, Montel, Oprah, The View and Good Morning America, asking their assistance and find out whether they are endorsing this company. I've even written to 20/20. So hopefully, I'll have a response back; will keep you posted.

Josh please let me know what happens. I am contacting my attorney Monday, 5/16 with this matter. Have anyone of you gone as far as to dispute this incident to your Credit card. It is embarrassing. Thank you.

Great Company! unfairly trashed by a few people

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 03, 2005

I was surfing the net and found this website. I wanted to defend this company this is being unfairly trashed by a few people.

I went to them for a loan search on 2/23/05. Within 3 days I had five lenders to contact. All five lenders were good sources. Sure, I probably could have found them by myself, but I was matched to them giving me a much higher chance of approval with my bad credit. This was definitely worth my search fee!

I was declined by the first two, but the third lender approved me for a $14,000 loan!

Not everybody is going to be approved by a lender. Some people who apply for a loan with bad credit think that their credit is not that bad. In reality, their credit is beyond bad and no lender would ever approve them!

I suspect this is the case with the 12 other entries.

So, my point is take the other entries with a grain of salt.
They are venting their frustrations without merit on a company who just does a search, they are not a lender.

I know for a fact that this company is legit and I am a very satisfied customer.
