Baja South LLC bajapharmacy.com, Baja Pharmacy Shut Down For Breaking the Law, Internet

I placed an order with Baja Pharmacy because the antibiotic I needed was not available in the US without the US pharmacies being forced to order a very large number of expensive pills and they had no one else to sell them to. That means I would have to order 100 pills and use only 6 of them and 6 pills alone costs $150.00!

I placed an order and because they did not have the item in stock my item shipped out about ten days after I ordered. It took 10 days for my item to arrive registered mail as I was promised. No one stocks this item because its not commonly needed, especially in the US. I waited a total of about 20 days.

I easily could have gotten mad at the pharmacy or thought they were ripping me off, threatened them and filed a complaint with the FDA, webhost, etc. when my order did not go out as soon as I was originally told. When it was not shipped I did not bother contacting Baja Pharmacy because common sense told me it was not in stock, so I patiently waited. They also could have been on a holiday but I didn't worry about it.

It is also legal to import prescription drugs into the US for personal use. I spoke to the pharmacist and he is a real pharmacist and a reasonable person.

I am reading these comments by this poster and I see someone who has an inability to control his impulses and anger. I don't understand these people who expect instant gratification, that's a lack of control; like gambling, looking at porn, shopping, playing video games for hours a day or lashing out at others. He has no ability to listen or believe that the pharmacy was closed and they answered his email the day they reopened. If anyone reads Dr Amen's books on brain dysfunction you will see this type of behavior clearly explained and what causes it.

Baja Pharmacy also rightfully declined to process his order after being threatened and refunded his money. That is what all intelligent business people would do, refuse to have further dealings with the irrational individual. There is no winning when you encounter someone like this.

FDA complaints, and other complaints.... any reasonable person who looks into this will realize the pharmacy did nothing wrong other than not be open every day and give instant gratification. He states, "he wanted his prescription shipped in one or two days." I guess he has never lived in or visited a third world country; they actually take time off and close their doors. If you need instant service go to the US 24 hour a day pharmacy and you'll get instant service! They never close.

The amazing thing is this poster thinks he is right when in fact he is unreasonable in his expectations. He is also nasty saying the pharmacy is worse than a drug dealer and claiming they break the law. Obviously not true.

I think this is a great pharmacy and I recommend them to everyone. Crap complaints like this should not be allowed to be posted on this website, this complaint is clearly designed to hurt the pharmacy financially. Even having this post up sheds false light on them and is slanderous despite the rebuttal option. Negativity is negatvity, some people will not bother to read any of it they will just see the headlines.

What George Tenenbaum of Merrick NY says is correct we did take an order form him on Jan 25 th 2010 via credit card. He also did write us via email on Feb 1st we where not opened due to a national holiday..  He did write up a follow up email on Feb 2nd and we did respond within 10 mins we were open that day.. Yes we did cancel his order and refund his money..

We are a legit legal Mexico corporation we do not sell controlled substances or any products that require a prescription in Mexico.. We are not Dope dealers and do not scam people.

George never spent any actual money his order was refunded he is just bitter we will not ship CFC free inhalers to him due to his profane nature.

Also it looks like George from his report may deal with "Dope dealers" often watch out for George he may be an addict.
