I just wanted to give you an update in regards to something that was stated in Consumer Comment #1 at this Report. (Ripoff Report #430897)

(You can also go to Bing and type in: DOUGLAS REED- THE CONTROVERSY OF ZION- SITE BY KNUD ERIKSEN, and the entire book is available for anyone to read on the web.)

Google removed the link years ago. The ones at Google obviously don’t want people reading Douglas Reeds’ book entitled ‘The Controversy of Zion’, which is available for anyone to read for free on the worldwide web.

You see, NOTHING has changed in the past 2000+ years!!! There are some people who want to keep the masses supressed, and want to 'control' what they believe is theirs. What they believe is theirs is simply this- the WORLD!

The Central Bankers all over the world have gotten a little bit too greedy, and their 'PLAN' has backfired a bit. By imprisoning people all over the industrialized world in MORTGAGES, & CREDIT CARDS, & other types of LOANS, they make their PROFITS. However, it BACKFIRED on them, & we now see what the outcome is doing to the world economy.

It has PLUNGED the world economy into a DEEP RECESSION, and will soon put it into a DEPRESSION, in my opinion. But in a way, that's O.K. for the ones who PROFITED on what has taken place over the last several years. They have their MONEY, and now governments must try to solve the many problems.

GUESS WHAT? NO government will be able to solve the many problems that we are now facing. It will be MANY years before the world comes out of this predicament.

Make sure to read that passage that starts on 'Page 88' very slowly. Read it at least 3 or 4 times. You see, by putting people into homes, and neighborhoods, all over the land, the people are actually being 'corralled' like cattle! Some people will be living in homes that might cost $200,000. Others might be in $300,000 homes. Some are even in bigger, more expensive ones, but they are still being 'corralled', and separated from the ones who CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA.

And take a look at what REALLY happens! People end up paying two, and three times the amount for the home that they purchased due to INTEREST that they pay on their MORTGAGE, don't they?

A simple example is this- If someone buys a home for $290,000 and they put down $30,000 and then they MORTGAGE $260,000 over 30 years at 5.7% fixed interest, they'll end up paying over $540,000 in the 30 years. (not including property taxes)

That's right! It's actually a bit higher because the monthly payment on a $260,000 loan at 5.7% fixed rate equals $1,509 per month. I simply rounded it down to $1,500 to make it easier. Now if we add the PROPERTY TAXES over 30 years, at an average of $2,500 per year, we get an additional $75,000, correct?

So, if we add $540,000 + $75,000 we get $615,000. And now we need to add the DOWN PAYMENT from the beginning and we have a total of $645,000. Keep in mind, this is based on a 5.7% FIXED RATE MORTGAGE! A higher rate equals a higher total amount over 30 years, right?

AND GUESS WHAT? This DOESN'T include any maintenance or upkeep on the home over that 30 year period! You know, like painting & replacing old gutters, etc.

So, a $290,000 home REALLY costs the buyer over $645,000, correct? And if the owner goes to SELL the home after the 30 years he or she will only get the MARKET PRICE for the home, right?

GUESS WHAT? In order for the seller of that home to purchase another home that is SIMILAR to the one he or she just sold in a SIMILAR neighborhood, he or she will have to pay a SIMILAR price, correct? This is WHY a home is NOT AN INVESTMENT!!! It is simply a place to live. BUT people have been MANIPULATED, and CONDITIONED, into believing that a home IS an investment, and IS the 'American Dream'.

It has really turned out to be- 'The American, & the WORLD, NIGHTMARE', wouldn't you agree?

The BANKS, & the BANKERS are the ones who REALLY made-out, right?

By the way, this is from a Harvard Business Professor who KNEW what was going to happen to the U.S. economy back in late 2004!!!
