Client Satisfaction is the Top Priority Here at Behn & Associates.

I do not know when this was posted, nor by whom. Clearly if I went around doing what I am accused of here and above, I would not have the overwhelming support and success my business is experiencing in spite of all these lies, misrepresensations and deceiving presentations of legal issues. This is fundamentally not true.

I do have a client that made a deposit for multiple years of tax returns that needed to be prepared. I did the oldest years first, but she failed to pay the balance of her bill after I did all the work, so I terminated the contract per the terms she agreed to when she signed it, if she did not pay her balance after the returns were done.

She never paid. This might be her. This is the only incidient in 35 years I have had with a client relating to retainer and final payment, and I'd like to learn more about this incident so we can both find a reasionable solution that will make up for your negative experience.
