Last year i purchased a used car from Jones Junction I used a trade in on this purchase. It was a 1997 Dodge Stratus in good condition with only 3 payments left on it. I was told i could get a good deal on a used or new car if i went to Jones Junction and at that time i really thought i did. First i was told that my payments would be in my budget range and that was a lie. Then i was told that all cars are inspected and maintanced that was a lie. From day one when i purchased my 2002 Diamante it was down hill the gave me a car that had faulty breaks and electrical problems each time i would take the car to them they would drive off to the service center with my car and come back with an answer. The first thing regarding the breaks is that they were new breaks and that they are and sometimes will squeak until they are broken in . The end result 285.00 a piece for front and back breaks out of my pocket. This was within 2 months of having this car. When i told them this they simply said well we dont service mitubishi cars you will have to take it to a dealer. Did i know that they didnt service the cars the sell. No i did not this is how i know now that the car was not inspected at all. 1 year to the day i purchased this car i was riding down the highway when the car while it was in drive jumped in reverse and kicked back then lungged foward and proceeded to go into neutral while still in drive. I took the car to an auto mechanic and was told sorry miss but your transmission is bad in your car. I called Jones and spoke with the man that sold me this car and he insured me that Jones would try and help me find anthor car. Guess what due to all the problems with this car i had to fix my loan payments are past due. And now my credit is shot to hell. So on the day i call to see what they would need from me to help me the first thing the say is we have to look at your credit. Wow didnt they already know because i told them my loan is bad due to having to fix THE CAR YOU SOLD ME THAT I OWE 13.000 OR MORE ON YOU GAVE ME A HIGH INTREST LOAN STATING THAT I HAVE MEDICAL BILLS ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND THAT I WAS LATE WITHIN THE 4 YEARS OF PAYING ON THE CAR I TRADED IN. SO THIS MEANS IM STUCK WITH A LEMON. AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF ON MY TRADE IN AND ONLY GAVE ME 1500 FOR THE DODGE THAT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND A BAD TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND THEY NEW IT. THE END RESULT THE CAR IS MINE AND THE LOAN THAT IS NOW GONNA CAUSE ME TO FILE BANKRUPTCY TO KEEP MY HOME IS MINE TO KEEP I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JONES FOR THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOPE THE HELL NO ONE EVER LOSES THERE TEMPER WITH THEM. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF 3 WHO NEEDS TO KEEP HER JOB BUT HAS HAD TO CATCH A CAB TO WORK 13.50 A DAY TO AND FROM FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT WHY WHEN I PURCHASE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A WORKING CAR. BY THE WAY THE SAME DAY THAT THE CAR WENT OUT I RECIVED A LETTER FROM THE SALES MAN ASKING ME ABOUT MY EXPRIENCE WITH THEM. I SHOULD BE THERE TODAY TO LET THEM KNOW AND I HOPE I, NOT THE ONE TO LOSE MY TEMPER

1) Please lose the CAPS...doesn't impress anyone.

2) You purchased a used car. Used cars often have problems. Breaks are a normal maintaince item. Also, who inspected the transmission-could be just an adjustment is required and not a total R & R. Did you have the car inspected first by a mechanic or someone you trust before you bought it? I'm betting not.

3) Car payments too high, will have to file bankruptcy. Well the problems with the car don't affect the payment you obligated yourself to when you signed the note. "If the payment is too high, do not buy" is a good rule of thumb.

I do sympathize with your problems, but I don't see a ripoff here.
